Final Fantasy XIV - Kiwi Free Company

Yeah, but in the end you're fighting your own party though.

I don't mind busting my ass if people are new or undergeared or both, but if you're just standing in everything because you're watching anime on your second monitor I'm gonna get annoyed.
Yeah, I concede that it would be much more enjoyable healing more so because it's actually called for normally and not because my party is full of bumbling idiots.

I legitimately don't know if this is a troll or genuine. Either way, lmao.

Earlier I did a leveling roulette and got Tower of Babil.
Not as exciting as yours, but my first time and several other times through, always attacked big sis Cindy at the finale; after plenty of runs I ask what happens if you attack Sandy or Mindy first, to which they tell me, Cindy brings them back. Okay, think nothing of it and just accept it as fact. Get an obviously special group, but make it to the final boss; and for some reason everyone wants to gank Mindy. I put a 1 marker on Cindy and even say "Cindy first, she'll revive the others." But my pleas went unheard and they knock Mindy down and sure as shit, Cindy brings her back. This was about a week or so ago and none of them got the explorer achievement, so they all apparently had been there before, and while it was nice to see, I was in shock that we had to do what is essentially a newbie trap.

Edit: Just realized you said Tower of Babil where I was thinking Tower of Zot. Don't get me wrong, I'm a retard, but having two "Tower of..." dungeons back to back puts weird things in my head.

What the fuck, I've done that dungeon more times than I'd like and I never saw this happen. TIL!

Why would I care about some dumb retarded trannies who go on "Heal strike".

More commendations for me.

I don't know how far the diminishing returns go and if they get worse and worse each time; but Mindy was revived with half her health before we wiped, and they listened about attacking Cindy.

I don't even bother with warnings anymore because I'd just be wasting my breath. I let the wipe happen until they actually start wondering why we keep dying so at that point I can actually tell them because any other time, they just don't look at the chat box.

It's why I'm glad Preach pressured Yoshi into adding the bubbles because they're more likely to see the bubbles than to look down from the screen. The best way to learn is to have the bad thing happen to you.

It's a callback to the old FF4 fight with the Magus Sisters in the Tower of Zot.

You have to take them out in order or they'll just revive. The spells and some of the animations they use are also more or less taken from FF4, too.

The tall green sister even makes the FF4 spell cast sound.

Honestly I hadn't even considered speech bubbles as extra visibility for chat, but now it makes sense, and I'm kind of surprised it wasn't done sooner.
