A long time ago there was a TV show about a family that had a kid with Down syndrome. Eventually the teenage downie grew into an adult and they expanded the storyline for him to marry. The show was canceled after that but I figure if it went on there would have been a baby introduced.

Because of all the shit stirred up by eugenics in the second half of the 20th century tards, and people like Chris, have no restrictions on breeding. Social workers even suggesting, or trying to get tards of birth control, are on very thin ice. In the USA tards can, and do, breed like rabbits if there is no responsible guardian to wrangle them. The kids usually end up in foster care, but they keep on having them.
