The reason I believe Caden is of reasonable intelligence is because Chris is just a walking disaster.
Anyone less than reasonable intelligence would have been involved in a bizarre Chris based fuck up by now.

The only people who have had in real life dealings with Chris being somewhat on his side and it not backfire on them have been his lawyers.
Lawyers are nearly always of reasonable intelligence.
Some of the trolls escaped too much negative attention, but again, this was the smarter ones who knew how to hide behind a character, or do something that was actually endearing and harmless rather than mean. (Liquid Chris, and liquid Chris is a demonstrated smart guy)

I don’t count Geno because he was just lucky that the news of incest broke before he released his interview with Chris.
That could have gone badly wrong.

Isabella Janke, she is clearly of less than reasonable intelligence, and her master plan to ruin Chris has damaged her reputation and career.

Plus, Caden managed to secure a house to put Chris in, despite it being famously hard at the moment for kids to get accommodation.
He is either smart enough, or he is backed by someone who is.

Chris might be an idiot, but he is not just a hopelessly stupid blob that can be directed and manipulated.
He is more like an untrainable dog who still wants approval from people.

Well, he also thinks he's way smarter than he actually is and loves nothing more than to lord this over people. Case in point: him flat out vaguely describing his sex life as having become aquainted with an 'older girlfriend' as described to Null, to sidestep the fact this 'girlfriend' was in fact Barb. And then again relatively more recently when he tried making up some mulidimensional nonsense about how the incest happened between him and Barb in another dimension so he could say it might have happened, but it totally wasn't in THIS dimension so stop blaming this dimension's Chris. This of course didn't work and his last statement on the matter was both out of the blue and flat out demands people accept that no 'Barbussy' happened whatsoever, meaning it totally happened.

There's no guarantee that Flutter reads our posts.

Nothing's holding her back from coming here and saying hey to us, but she would rather remain at a distance and unneighborly.

Manners matter, but not everyone makes the effort.

From the latest, I'm convinced Flutter is somehow related to Caden given posters stating that she shows up around various college breaks, verses say, visiting Chris on Valentine's Day, or his birthday. That must mean she has some connection to a university of some sorts, and those are the times where she has free time to visit Chris.

There are connecting flights from Charlotte to Richmond, especially some lower priced offerings, if you were going to fly out from Missouri.

I'm not sure if I buy the whole idea that Flutter is after Chris because of his notoriety or being famous simply given all the steps she's been taking to not be identified. When you imagine if Caden "hired" her or she is in some way mobbed up with Praetor, and keeping an eye on Chris, the pieces seem to fall in line more than if she was some wackjob who was after Chris simply because he was tard famous on the internet.

So what you're basically saying is she's not a viking warrior cabbage sorceress who also happens to be a zombie and wants to become impregnated by Chris to have a half zombie cabbage baby named Crystal Weston Chandler?

Or maybe she's somehow involved with prater, watching Chris as some sort of deal that doesn't involve her getting famous and is only available when she's not involved with college or school activities.

I don't agree with this.
Caden is a criminal hitting someone to look over a retard that he is abusing for money. This automatically disqualified all good faith professional wranglers. Noone will accept a job from a sketchy it if state kid to be a slave keeper. Any actual wrangler that catches wind of the operation will report it to authorities. The only people in his hiring pool are friends or relatives he can pay on the downlow. Flutter fits this description.

This kinda contradicts what you said above that Caden knows going to cons is a risk. I think this was the plan, to make content with Chris going to cons. The last one was a trial run, which failed spectacularly. Notice that Chris left without much fuss, compared to some notable instances in the past. Flutter seems to be doing her job if she kept the damage from spreading.

Plus the fact Flutter covered her face and was hard to photograph adds to the theory that she's involved with Praetor in some way. She's trying to not get traced otherwise she'll face the fate of the Wallflower and Fiona.

So where does one find good faith professional tard wranglers?

Is it a discipline? Keeping an eye on people who don’t have much to do with you yet you house them?
If Caden is an amoral criminal, why has he put Chris up in a large house?
It would be cheaper and more profitable to just put Chris up in a hovel or squat, and fleece him for his tugboat.

But how does flutter fit this description?

There is still no firm evidence she has anything to do with Caden other than people sort of guessing and some people thinking she kind of looks like him so might be related to him.

There has been nothing confirming any of that.

It doesn’t contradict anything I said.
What happened supports it.
Neither Chris nor flutter attempted to take footage as far as we can tell. If Chris had, he would have leaked it by now, and people were trying to take pictures and following them. No one saw or got evidence that either of them were trying to film.
If this was a “trial run” there would be some attempts by them to film some footage.

Compared to the past, Chris has now spent over a year in jail, so he possibly understands a bit more about consequences of not doing what “Jerkop” or meanies tell him.
Flutter being there likely helped keep him calmer, but that doesn’t mean it was her job.
Remember, despite what people like to think, Chris is still a human being and being thrown out of somewhere doesn’t feel as bad if you are part of a group being thrown out, rather than singled out.

She just doesn’t want to be traced because she is shy, private, a bit special, aware that association with Chris could lead to weird internet people harassing her and her family.
Doesn’t mean at all that she is involved with Praetor.
A cashier at Walmart kept her mask on while ringing up Chris’s purchases, clearly Caden colluded with Walmart’s management to have Chris monitored.

What fate did the Wallflower and Fiona face? Both of them don’t appear to have been traced or harassed.
The wallflower might not even know she is the “Wallflower”.
We just have Chris’s account of her, she could easily just be some girl he saw a few times at church but never spoke to.

Before I am violently corrected, I admit I didn’t remember properly about the wallflower so I checked the Sonichu wiki.

But in any case, Flutter not wanting to have people make wiki articles about her speculating on her life and association with Chris isn’t remotely evidence she has anything to do with Caden and Praetor.

Most people don’t want that to happen to them.
