King of the Hill’ voice actor Jonathan Joss killed in Texas shooting after argument with neighbor​

Actor Jonathan Joss — best known for his voice work on the iconic animated TV comedy “King of Hill” was shot dead by a neighbor in Texas, according to a report.

Joss, who voiced “John Redcorn” on the long-running cartoon, got into a argument with the neighbor at his home in San Antonio Sunday night when the neighbor pulled out a gun and shot him several times, according to police.

The unnamed gunman then fled the scene in a vehicle but was arrested by police just a block from the residence.

These people don't actually care about racism, they care about gaining power. Claims of racism are just a tool for that. I've seen people with less relevant careers have a much better life only because they weren't a trainwreck from the beginning.

Joss was only in 34 episodes of koth (so says IMDB), but he's had more roles in different media.

Top of my head, Ellen Muth had a somehow briefer career than Joss and she was the protagonist of a show with only 29 episodes. She retired and started her own businesses and she lives fine. Maybe she just didn't take idiot decisions or drugs.

I'm guessing the pooner hasn't the cash to do anything with Joss's remains beyond dumping them in a potter's field, but you'd think she'd at least have reached out to his next of kin to figure out the disposition. If, you know, she weren't a BPD grifter.

Looking back on an old wiki article from 2017 it’s listed that he had four children (named with year of birth) and was married to Taylor Joss. In January 2020 someone edited the entry to list his spouse as Lauren Park and remove the number of children. Lauren Park was removed as spouse in 2021 with the note of no reference provided to confirm.
