I agree Lucas needs a group home. Sadly while WA is more understanding than my state I know the system is so backed up. As harsh as it sounds he may be seen as not a danger and not trying to help himself so chuck yard bucks and wait.
As time goes by, he's slowly becoming the mrsa infected manifestation of Elliot Rodger. There are days where you can almost expect him to start hurling his "charity" at young couples. Whether it's the junk food he purchased with his ebt card or, if he finally snaps, his magical semen that supposedly cures everything.
I've posted before about Wern acting like a broken record. I think he's just broken now. I guess the combination of Shillary probably winning the presidency, the advanced MRSA, and the beetus he totally cured from his bologna diet is rotting his brain more than usual.
UPDATE: listened to it....its just him reading off the website url and telling me he redid his website and that he thinks that I'll like it for some reason.....annnd if anyone does know how to get the sound clips from fb messenger then let me know because the last time he messaged me he sent like 20 sound clips
