We all know that Lucas is an unreliable narrator. As you said, plenty of claims he makes in the screenshots are provable lies. However, I'm willing to believe that before he went completely downhill, Lucas may have been able to finagle a short fling here or there with particularly desperate women, especially since he wasn't yet infamous for his antics.
I 1000 percent believe him about the woman with kids. It's not outside the realm of possibility that a relatively normal sounding Lucas could have gotten an IRL meetup with a woman after online dating for a while, and it is absolutely plausible that once they met at her place he got creepy with the kids and prompted her to ghost him.
There's almost always a grain of truth to every one of Lucas's stories, no matter how outrageous they are. For instance, he's never outright denied that the Starbucks incident or his freakout with Suzanne happened. He downplays them, he tries to make himself sound innocent, but he never actually denies that something happened at those times.

When and how did Lucas recently shave? Not that I doubt him being able to purchase a razor and do so in the hotel, it's just that he went from having a full beard like more than a month's growth, to having like a week's growth or possibly three or four days growth. Like, from one day to the next . Is he actually so lazy that he half-ass shaved with a razor possibly with no shaving cream and just ripped off some of his beard but not all of it?
Because there are no recent (hotel or otherwise) videos of him being clean shaven, and the timeline doesn't seem to add up. So that means that Lucas, with his sad little bag of joints that he's ever so proud of, couldnt be assed to do a full face shaving when he had access to a hotel room and shower.
It really looks like he just dry shaved and tore off about 3/4 of his beard.
Am I crazy? Anybody else see it?

admittedly that might explain why he got a motel room rather than being at the shelter. addicts get motel rooms for similar reasons to keep their addiction hidden from family as well as to have a safer place to dope up than the street.
some people are resistant or even completely immune to OC spray, pepper spray, MACE, CS/CN gas, et c. it's something you can get from repeated low level exposure or genetics. south east asians seem to more resistant to it than the average person.

Well put. One of the reasons his account of the ladies he's loved and lost must be viewed with suspicion. Tracks his fixations and delusions too closely. This implicates his insistence that other males provide him with a girl, his belief that other males control sexual access to females, and his fear of cock blocking. I think it's more likely that this is a product of, not a cause of, his delusional fixations.
