Air National Guard members can and do get deployed overseas. So, a National Guard airman in intelligence having access to top secret military documents regarding the military's involvement in an overseas conflict isn't entirely improbable given that the National Guard typically get deployed to places, like, say, any US bases in Poland they might own or be operating out of given the proximity to Ukraine in order to deliver military equipment to them through Poland.
Just in case you end up wondering why anyone in the nastygirls could end up in the possession of top secret military documents.
There also doesn't appear to be any evidence as to whether or not he is a NAFOfag, or a vatnik. In fact, it seems like he was someone who was leaking documents to a Discord of teenagers who are gun enthusiasts, while telling them about how the government, while diabolically in concert with the media, is lying to them about Ukraine.
