I don't have any definitive reason why she wasn't charged, but my best guess is that they weren't able to prove consent one way or the other.

EDIT: I can imagine a lawyer telling her to just not say anything in order to best protect both herself from an incest charge and her son from a rape charge.

EDIT 2: She also has a history of letting her lawyer speak for her (which is honestly the smartest thing to do). In the Michael Snyder case of 2012, Barbara didn't even want to answer questions like, "Do you understand what you are being charged with?" and asked if her lawyer could answer those questions for her.
I'd wager that it wasn't consensual (duh), but Barb still didn't see it as rape exactly. Even if she did, she wanted to protect her son so she didn't tell the police anything. Or if she did acknowledge the sex, she shrugged it off as consensual.

I get that people are hung up on the incest but no rape charge. If it was just incest, surely Barb would have to be charged too. But the authorities know damn well that it wasn't Barb's idea (even if she told them she was fine with it) and they don't want to charge a semi-senile octogenarian woman.

It’s highly unlikely and I am not making a claim;

What would be the repercussions for Chris if he has given any handlers or wranglers the slip and is currently being smuggled into Mexico by Ethan Ralph?

I know we don’t know his bail conditions, if any, but I am guessing absconding South of the border will be a huge problem legally long term.

I have already said a thousand times that if I see that autistic transgender in this country I will have to know because it has a high crime rate

There were rumors that Chris became some black gang's bitch and had to suck big black cock everyday for protection from the spanish prisoners who wanted to kill him.

Most likely though Chris was kept in solitary confinement from the beginning because he is retarded, a sex offender and thinks hes a woman and did nothing but drink Fanta and shit himself all day.
Jail is not like prison
Most people in jail don't want to cause trouble because they don't want time at it on or they don't want to affecting whatever case they're involved with

Prison is a different story
But even in prison things aren't like they are on TV unless it's a supermax

But even their prison is a private business and if so many incidents happen it will literally affect their business

So for people like Chris they will typically put them in protective custody
Not because they care but because if things were to happen especially with a high profile individual that the internet would post everywhere stock prices would start to drop slightly

'Released by Court Order' makes this way less funny. He was probably released to a care home or halfway house of some sort.
The fact that the weens who have no doubt descended on Ruckersville haven't found him and taken him to the post-merge safe house for content is proof of that.

But it was a great reminder to come check in on the farms since I've been way too busy with work to do anything but work and sleep.

Does Chris have a passport to get across the border? I'm not sure if he does, and Ralph trying to sneak him in the trunk of whoever car he's got will only end well. Bonus points if Ralph catches kidnapping charges.

the results were positive for Chris's semen in her vagina. Chris was also openly admitting the affair at that time, although he has recanted those admissions.

My theory - and it's only speculation - is that Barbara refused to talk to the police, so they cannot prove whether the affair was or was not consensual on her part. This protects both her and Chris: since they can't prove that she willingly took part in the affair, they can't win a case against Barbara. Since they also can't prove that she wasn't a willing participant, they can't charge Chris with rape.
Not convinced that the tag-team of Barb’s wall-eyed senility and Chris’s semen festering inside her produced a Catch-22 legal firewall to shield the Chandlers from harm

If a parent has sex with their kid they wouldn't charge the kid with incest even if it was "consensual". Somehow Chris found a way to make one of the nastiest crimes there is, even grosser and reversed the roles. Because of Barbs age and diminished brain capacity she couldn't really consent to anything. So Chris is the only one legally responsible for their horror show of a relationship.

I haven't seen the whole thread so apologies if this was already brought up, I'll take my late ratings.
Do you guys think fungus fucker Janke is going to become relevant to Chris's story again? I hope the fuck not but 2023 has surprised me plenty and it's only March.
Isabella Loretta Janke and her orbiters are dead and thank God for that.

Good riddance to the fungus whore.

I'm pretty sure Chris never had a passport. Chris would rather spend the money to get one on toys and video games, but he could probably e-beg for enough. A passport would also require a significant amount of planning and gathering of documents.

For a passport book, he'd have to spend at least $165, plus the cost of passport photos which you really should get done by someone who won't screw it up, for an additional $17 or so at Walgreen's or whatever. Blurry, piss-colored PSEye photos and badly angled selfies surrounded by Legos and Transformers will be rejected. The medallion might be okay though! A passport card would limit him to North America and the Caribbean, but that's only $65 plus the cost of the photos.

Chris's criminal history and potential incest conviction might not prevent him from getting a passport, but various countries could still refuse to allow him entry if he gets convicted of incest.

Prior to the jail saga, a serious intention to leave the country would likely be met with a great deal of resistance from Borb. Bob would say that Chris will return to a house with two dead parents in it and Barb would threaten to commit suicide. This happened when Chris wanted to go to MAGfest, which is in Maryland, just over 100 miles away from his home. So other countries are out of the question.

Chris would have to gather documents to prove he's an American citizen. These could be burned up, in the hoard somewhere, or simply lost. Some people are "randomly" selected to need a shitton more proof. I needed expired driver's licenses, school ID's, copies of pages from old yearbooks, a list of every address I'd lived at, a list of every school I'd attended, and I think some other stuff. I think I got chosen because I have an uncommon name and similar sounding ones appear all over lists of people recruited by Operation Paperclip. Maybe they thought I was a 90 year old Nazi trying to pretend to be in my 20s.

Could the Judge have lowered bail in one of these recent hearings? What was it originally set to?
He was held without bail. I don't think he ever had a bail amount set, the judge likely felt it was wrong to just hold someone alone in a jail cell for 20 months and got him out when a place for him to go finally opened up.

Chris is on the loose.
I know that was just a Chris-shaped woman but it had to cause some serious road rash to faceplant naked on the concrete at that speed and weight.

iirc the only thing keeping Chris locked up was the fact the courts had nowhere better to put him. From my understanding there weren't any retard ranches that could take him in, but if there was some cash bail amount set, I somehow missed that.

Most have long waiting lists. It is possible he was kept until his name was up on the list.
