Real answer? Still sitting in jail waiting to be transported somewhere. Possibly already in transit to his halfway house.I think we're all missing something very crucial:
Where is Chris at this exact moment you think?

Doing intake paperwork for his gwoup home, eating a big bowl of sketti and getting ready to crash into slumber on a mattress for the first time since they scooped him from the motel.I think we're all missing something very crucial:

What did he mean by this?Btw, fgt, I thought you said there was a beard.
It's really stupid. Like when stupid people say they are from Memphis when they're really from West Memphis. It's ridiculous. Why do people keep saying he's in West Virginia?
Because Vinelink initially reported it as "bonded out" but a transportation order dated today seems to indicate otherwise. What's the quick rundown on why people think an orbiter bailed him out? Seems like a low energy time to do so from an attention whore perspective, people long stopped following this story for the most part.
I doubt it was an orbiter. I am inclined to believe he cannot go back home, so they had to wait to find a place for him before letting him go. So I am thinking he went to a halfway house or something and the spot just now opened up. In other words: that was the only reason he was not getting out on bail or bond, was that he couldnt go back home and had to wait for a spot somewhere to open. What's the quick rundown on why people think an orbiter bailed him out? He had his phone when he got pulled in, they'll have given him it back with his property, he just needs to charge it and get it turned back on, the bill wont have been paid, but I doubt it would take him long. Unless no Internet was part of his terms of release which is likely.or somehow bizarrely gets Internet access
The fact that it misspelled Virginia was a clue.
If his bond was $20k he would need to front $2k to a bail bondsman. If his tugboat was still acruing he could do that easily.I'm no legal eagle, not even the armchair variety but I have a guess his bond is somewhere around ~$20k so if that's right he would just barely miss the amount to pay it himself, yeah?
A lot of jails will charge the phone if they know the release is scheduled. This way they can call for their own ride or Uber without bothering anybody. Mind you this is Jails. Since I suspect he's going to a gwoup home/facility, I doubt they'll be giving him his phone. His crime had nothing to do with the Internet so can't see the court ordering any restrictions in that regard, just a restraining order from BarbHe had his phone when he got pulled in, they'll have given him it back with his property, he just needs to charge it and get it turned back on, the bill wont have been paid, but I doubt it would take him long. He hasnt been sentenced though, so if he was released wont they have given him the shit he had on him when he got arrested in a bag?Since I suspect he's going to a gwoup home/facility, I doubt they'll be giving him his phone. Especially seeing as a group home would be well informed by counsel (or a simple google search) of his internet fame. If they do give him access, it will likely be supervised access for a WHILE.Since I suspect he's going to a gwoup home/facility, I doubt they'll be giving him his phone.
