I don't see how that relates, I was mainly speaking about Massachusetts state law+federal lawI found a site http://americanparkour.com/about/ and http://americanparkour.com/getting-started/which explains things, I'm not a lawyer either I just worry for him because he could get into trouble when he could avoid it. It is also his intentions as well, I keep wondering if he is going to use this to recruit people into his army, for the money, or to feed his ego.
I hope this doesn't come across as rude, and if I have I am very sorry.
Well this is the forum where people were basically saying he was going to get raided by a SWAT team for throwing a roll of toilet paper over a guy's bush on his front lawn. Then minutes later they laughed at him for being paranoid when he said he was waiting in his house for police to come knocking. Why does everyone here assume the worst. Have you even seen his parkour. It's tantamount to doing cartwheels and rolls. Who's going to get in trouble for teaching something which isn't even what it's described as.
'Hello officer, this guy is teaching me parkour and it's basically grade school gymnastics. What do I do?'
He's real.Is this a charcter or a real guy?
It's no big deal, no need to apologize.Sorry my bad.

I doubt he's doing it for money, if he was then he would definately be charging more. I'm guessing it's mainly for his own ego's sake.
http://wiki.teamgamerfood.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=ParkourDude91_WikiCan someone link me to something I can read to get up to date on this guy?
The first video I saw was when someone on Reddit linked to his "Road Trip" video where he was yelling at his mom. That was months ago and was the last video of his I saw, so I'm having some trouble understanding how he got the point where he's running around doing "drive-by" shootings with his BB gun.
Is he basically a slimmer, more paranoid version of CWC that sperges about the Marines instead of Nintendo?
Thanks.
I'm WSI certified and certified to coach high school sports, so I kinda know something. Are there actual laws stipulating that? (I'm not up to date on my parkour training regulations) I think as long as he's not claiming to teach anything government-regulated like CPR training or a specific martial art, then he's OK; I don't think know of any laws prohibiting people from teaching Gun Kata, for example, because Gun Kata is not a real thing. Same with parkour and "gun safety" seeing as all he owns is airsoft.
I would think the only way he would be held legally liable is if someone got injured, which would be difficult to believe would happen in the conference room of a Holiday Inn. I might be wrong though, I'm not a lawyer, and I'm clearly talking out of my ass here. If someone knows better, please correct me.
Talking out of my ass here:But he's claiming to be a Marine, that's impersonating a solider. Shouldn't that get him in trouble, at least?
First: that isn't illegal. The Stolen Valor act of 2005 applies only to military decorations or medals. But he's claiming to be a Marine, that's impersonating a solider. Shouldn't that get him in trouble, at least?
I think you only have to report income earned through self-employment once it exceeds $600 or something, which I doubt he would make from this. Also, people receiving disability benefits can still work jobs and draw checks, so long as their monthly income isn't above a certain amount. Jace once had a job working at Wal Mart, if I'm not mistaken, and it's unlikely he made enough to disqualify himself from his disability even then.Just another thought, but would he be breaking any tax rules if he is still claiming welfare, but teaching people for money? And would he have to declare himself a business?
Sorry if this is a stupid question, it just came into my head.

That would be priceless.I hope he goes ahead with this, and an actual Marine, or someone with any other kind of actual military training shows up to take the course. I'd pay to see that. I could see someone doing this to teach him a lesson.
