I was referring more to the fact he did try to run over Michael Snyder, so attempting vehicular assault is not out of the question. Even if we don't factor this in, and his driving habits are that of an old lady, that's still enough to be dangerous to other drivers.

I wonder why we have not received a letter yet? I mean there's enough weens out there that I guarantee you as soon as they seen he has returned to jail at least a dozen or so people have written letters to him. Let's say a week ago somebody sent a letter to him they should have received a letter back by now right? I mean you would think that after his stay in a mental hospital he would want to answer mail. So if we don't receive a letter by let's say the end of next week I think it's safe to concur that something is happening behind the scenes we are not aware of.

An optimistic take would be that the state hospital may have spent some of their time trying to convince Chris that the letter writers aren't really friends. The hospital's only official goal would be restoration to competency, but I would imagine that the staff would at least try to address other issues while they have the chance, even if unofficially.

A related thought: I wonder who else Chris was writing to. With so much time alone in jail, there were probably many other letters not posted online. If so, who, (outside of family who are probably in this group,) was writing for strictly personal enjoyment and not for public weenery?

This entire time Chris has not been presented with any charges. They have held him to determine whether or not he can be presented with said charges, the fact he returned tells me there is going to be a good chance that he can in fact stand trial, and we can finally start seeing the OJ Simpson trial of the internet. He was charged with incest and "charges pending", so the whole thing's been up in the air for about a year. Whether or not he gets hit with anything else is something we'll probably find out at his next hearing.

I am really baffled as to why people are feeling bad for Chris for getting jailed. You wouldn't want him to make hanky panky with you if you're a woman, or your mothers' now, would you? He made his bed, doesn't accept help and even lies at points to do what he wants to his helpers, which makes him a shit person. The peanut gallery is deserved more than ever.

It sucks that this thread doesn't have the typical Chibi thread regulars who make an effective deterrent against pity posters.
