Ralph needs to stop the opioids.
But then his falls will be ouchy.
Internet/Gaming addiction combined with a substance addiction like alcohol/pills/food is just so weird to me.
If you have one addiction, you'll have others. Remember that dude who was addicted to Grand Theft Auto and cocaine? And he wouldn't do one without the other?
With the state of those bottles he could have a jenkem addiction.

I don’t want to whizz on the parade, but I doubt Minnesota will pay to extradite a guy from Southern California to face a misdemeanor. The worst that would happen is 48 hrs in jail in CA waiting for MN’s decision. Besides the cost to fly, they’d have to send down Marshalls and everything.
Sadly you're right. However, if they end up adding on charges the chances of extradition may go up. Also, if he's picked up in CA it could be longer than 48hrs. What typically happens when CA gets someone with an out of state warrant, they try to have a hearing on extradition asap. Minnesota doesn't extradite over misdemeanors so they'll say "nope, release the hog". But...what could happen is if he's picked up on a Friday or before a holiday, it could take longer than 48 hrs to get a response. And, in CA they put a 30 day cap on holding these types of arrestees. Obviously they don't want to pay to hold someone for another state.

If he was arrested, his release would be based solely on the time it takes Minnesota to respond.

Ralph seems to be doubling down, at least in his rhetoric. Does anyone know if these types of charges can get bumped up or enhanced?

Im a little confused over the process though. It's much easier to figure out if someone gets arrested in MN and has a warrant in another state. Their statutes are pretty easy to follow and understand

And the rules for California

But I have a question for the true legal dorks: Since so much is handled via Zoom nowadays, if he was apprehended in another state (like CA) could Minnesota ask CA to do an arraignment via Zoom from a CA court? I mean, if he got picked up he would have to have a hearing immediately and he would already have to appear in court. Could MN just ask the CA states attorney to do a back to back hearing? I just don't know if an arraignment can be done online like that. And since covid, it's become commonplace to "appear" in a courtroom from anywhere. And it counts as a appearance.

Imagine being Ethan Ralph right now. Your cobbled-together chair has once again given way under your mass, sending you toppling over into your collection of piss bottles. As you sit there on the floor of your shack, shards of glass in your ass and covered in piss, you think to yourself. Money’s been tight lately, and buying a new chair has been out of the question for years at this point, so what are your options? Squat in front of your desk? Break out the duct tape and try and reassemble your throne, at the risk of it collapsing once more? Such is the life of a RALPHAMALE.

While Ralph is not tweeting, he is awake, as last nights show has just been deleted. He is probably also attempting to scrub his twitter in one way or another. Since Ralph keeps every single DM and looks at them all the time, he is probably taking screenshots in order to preserve them to some extent since Elon could potentially be handing those over as well.

Ralph, we're gonna get you a chair you can't fall out of. Comes with plenty of safety straps and even plugs in to keep you warm.
