The nature of the site, and the lax attitude towards "free speech" and moderation, was always going to result in a lot of autism and stupid people being stupid. First of all the nature of the site's content and purpose of "documenting lolcows" obviously being one that attracts obsessive autistic terminally online people (and I'm not excluding myself from this). Second, allowing "free speech" means allowing retards to say retarded shit. Combine these two with the standard of anonymity and, well, you are going to get lots of poorly adjusted people saying lots of really stupid shit hiding behind anonymity and "free speech" to get away with saying things like "i hope wings of redemption kills himself and i think it's funny," or the absolute schizoposting of this Wormy fellow, or etc.
I'm not saying it should be otherwise, it's a beautiful dumpster fire that I enjoy participating in, but I think a certain degree of the behavior being called out in this thread is just unavoidable given the conditions I described.

Back when I joined this site I didn’t know the culture of it or how it worked. I joined because of video game leaks and was also a semi-sperg. I came for leaks and have now stayed for lolcows. Eventually I assimilated and understand how the site works. @Wormy has been here longer and still doesn’t understand that.

I hope this site never goes the way of the dodobird. It's the only forum or social network I feel like I can have opinions on and not have to bite my tongue in fear of getting the banhammer or being swarmed on by the hivemind for having wrongthink. Yeah, there's a lot of faggots and kikes and niggers thrown around, but it's all in good fun. I came across this place in 2018 when a friend sent me the Kero the Wolf thread and I got hooked on reading through what I initially thought was just pages of craziness, but I ended up learning more about psychology and the human condition thank I ever did in school. I mainly just lurk in the cow threads and post mostly on the film and music boards, where i've had better conversations about the art I like than on other places on the internet that supposedly cater to music/film buffs like me. I grew up on ip forums and imageboards (both of which are either now dead or overrun by bots), and this place brings back the sense of community those places had, versus something like Reddit where everyone just regurgitates the same talking points for updoots (and cannibalizes everyone else). Here, even with the occasional spergouts and a-logging, it seems like everyone comes together at the end of the day to just have a good time shitposting and laughing at troons, jannies, horrorcows, other assorted amusingly defective products of the internet era. These are trying, post-apocalyptic borderline dystopian times and this site is one of the few worthwhile places on the increasing sanitized world wide web. I love all you guys

You know, if you seriously wanted to get banned, there are several rules (which you currently are respecting) that will get the attention of the jannies if you broke. Here are some options you could undertake, presented in good faith:
1) Make posts that are illegal under US law (e.g. an honest-to-god fedpost, explicitly infringe copyright, etc.)
2) Derail a dozen different threads (excluding A&N since @Absolutego is a such a bro that he won't even threadban you for being a sperg. The worst our glorious despot will do is delete your posts since autistic slapfights on A&N are a dime-a-dozen.)
3) Adopt an anime avatar, then tag Null into every one of your posts to clutter his feed. Bonus points if you stop thumbnailing your pictures.
There's nothing wrong with your posts in this thread and, honestly, I hope you continue to grace us with your presence fren.
