So what's the score, exactly? Trying to recap this all:
-Chris is getting off probation (And frankly, this is an act of grace on Michael Snyder's part) which probably ends legal, low-level contact with the police.
-Chris has some sort of legal date in September, which could well be the endgame of all legal issues. On the downside, it might be him failing to meet his legal requirements, which would probably lead to another battle, another small version of "play the autism card". It would be interesting if this DID NOT end his problems with the law, but it seems likely that it will.
-Regarding Double Jeopardy: Michael Snyder has permanently conceded any further charges arising from 10/28/11; so he can't retaliate from further wrongdoing from Our Pet Lolcow by trying to revive those charges. I think actually getting back to the game place would probably involve Rob Bell calling some Cville Hobbies employee who doesn't know what's going on and then getting just enough confusion created that CWC could potentially return, buy stuff without incident, and leave. This is pushing it, but it sounds like Bell has been able to get CWC unbanned before.
Trying to return to Cville Hobbies is risky; particularly since OPL will not be well disguised. He's trespassing at law (and the above would basically be throwing that into confusion) and while he's managed to get in and out without getting arrested, I doubt Snyder's Patience will continue. If the Police catch him the store, he's busted with trespassing. If he's able to escape, he PROBABLY dodges immediate legal consequences. Given that CWC has the Autism card, trying to nail him might well be a fight Snyder does not really want to try.
So, heading back to the Game Place is clearly not a winning move, but it might not immediately lose for CWC.
-Barb is on probation for another year, so, if she's involved in anything she can very well face all kinds of crap thrown at her.
This is quite interesting. We should really keep on eye on that next court hearing.
