This is his first and last trip to the gym. Chris is lazy the only reason he went was to take that picture. So now that he's working out, how long until Chris turns into a tranny Jason Genova?

2 hours on the treadmill and a single 50 rep set of light dumbbells?

What, is Russell Greer his trainer?
That's not even dancing(edit: mirrored the video to avoid giving the ween views)
What the hell is this?

From the description, I'm guessing some ween paid Chris for a video and is trying to frame it as elderly abuse.

What bothers me is he's walking for 2 hours (lol) and not taking his clearly frustrated dogs for a walk. He's paying a gym membership to trot on a treadmill, when the money would be better spent on a leash and a coupler. He lives in the burbs of a not real city, but he's driving somewhere to walk on a treadmill, letting his dogs shit in his house. He looks like an obese, autistic 70 year old woman.
Also, is he at a gym?

It would be hilarious if he got banned from there too.Anytime Fitness has a 7 day free trial so let's see if he's committed after a week.
I would think benchpressing was a better use for a gym.Lol, when people pay for gyms to use the treadmills I find it laughable. You can go outside and get the same exact workout for free.
With gyms full of women in yoga pants doing stretches and squats, it's probably not long until he creeps out a bunch of themIt would be hilarious if he got banned from there too.
He will if he tries to get into the womens changing rooms. It would be hilarious if he got banned from there too.
I would find it even more hilarious if it was because of staff interpreting his actions/looks as such, even if he performs a miracle and doesn't actively gawk at women there. With gyms full of women in yoga pants doing stretches and squats, it's probably not long until he creeps out a bunch of them
I'm sure it'll probably take one or two of those women to notice Chris' gaze long enough to let them know about it.With gyms full of women in yoga pants doing stretches and squats, it's probably not long until he creeps out a bunch of them

He's (probably) lying. Normal walking speed is around 3mph or 5km/h. 4mph is a very fast walk to a jog (more jog for peeps like Chris). He would be covering about 6ft/1.8m per stride (distance covered by "left" and "right" steps together) at 4mph. Assuming average-ish 30in/0.75m per step, he is taking more than two steps per second. Unless his fitness level has drastically changed since he "did" a "Parkay", I don't think this is possible.
Not only that, but as runner, I personally find walking much more tiring on my ankles. I can run for hours but my feet really start getting sore if I walk long distances. I highly doubt Chris can walk for 2 hours straight without giving up.

Most gyms also limit cardio time to 30-60 minutes for reasons of courtesy.
