Are you a new fan to Chris? Do you really need to ask this?
Kind of,
Sorry about that.

I don't see how these months think it's high comedy, the most they are doing is making themselves the organ grinder to keep the monkey dancing.

Lenders usually sell repos at auction to recover whatever they can on the outstanding balance of the loan. Only difference in this case is that Chris voluntarily surrendered the car instead of it being repossessed.Just clarified with Chris that Chrysler Capitol is the creditor for the car loan and he owes.. A lot. He wouldn't be specific which means it's likely quite a bit.
Also they are indeed the ones who suggested the auction. He surrendered the car directly to them to auction, whatever that means. I didn't even know surrendering a car was a thing.
That's what I figured - fortunately I've never had any experience with a lender coming after me like that.Lenders usually sell repos at auction to recover whatever they can on the outstanding balance of the loan. And since the creditor is selling it at auction without CWC's involvement, it will bring fair market value, which should be well under $1000. Frankly, he would have been better off putting it on eBay, as some sperg would have probably paid more than that just because it belonged to him.
Anyway, after the creditor conducts the auction, Chris will find himself still owing a car payment every month on a car he doesn't own. Good luck trying to explain that to the fat autist.

He did say he's been telling Chrysler how much of a "celebrity" he is and that they need to make sure that people know it was his car so it sells for more.
The creditor might know the odds of actually ever collecting the rest of that in any reasonable amount of time are very, very low and put a little effort into jazzing it up to sell it for more, because it may be the last money they see from Chris.
They probably raped him out the ass and got more than the car was worth out of the fat idiot already.

Since Chris is an idiot, and only has one bank account that mingled his tardbux and everything else, one day a creditor with a judgment is going to go after money in that account and the burden of proof will be on Chris to prove what money came from tardbux and what didn't. And of course, he won't be able to, because he's a fucking moron.
If he had any brains at all, he'd contact some local group that provides legal aid for tards and make sure he gets an account that segregates out his tard bucks into a tard bucks only account, and is marked that way so it can't be collected on, and have another account he constantly keeps empty and instantly cashes out whenever he gets his begging money.
I'll agree with you that point. It will most likely end up in the scrapyard, but I am not ruling out the possibility of some dumby buying it. People have been known to throw large amounts of money at Chris for free so it's not out of the realm of possibility.
I highly doubt anybody will buy it "because Chris", but some idiot paid $200 for Barb's blanket too, so whatever.
I hope some autist massively overpays for it and Chris chimps out because he doesn't get a penny of that.

I'd like to see the reaction at the creditors if that happened. "You're telling me some lunatic just paid fifteen hundred for this shitheap?!"
