Chris wanted to kill these people because they stopped him from causing trouble. Snyder was the owner of a game shop and banned Chris from it, and Walsh got him suspended from community college. I imagine Chris would be overjoyed if they died and possibly start frequenting those places again.

The Game Place closed down last year, so he couldn't go back even if he wanted to. Impulse seems to have filled the void that was left after Snyder banned him.
And I don't think he's mentioned either Walsh or Snyder for quite some time, perhaps his hatred for them has dulled, now that Sega is apparently his primary antagonist du jour?

Well, and more to the point: he's got less of a need for a mortal enemy nowadays. Like you mentioned, Impulse (and other things) are providing him with things to do other than stew in his anger at home.

Heh, mention of Chris or Sonichu is pretty much banned across the entire Wikipedia. They've actually set up edit filters on articles like Rob Bell to prevent it.

He sent out several of these letters during the last saga to shops and Mary Lee Walsh.
I doubt he hand-delivered them but rather sent them via mail (since he was banned from all this places).
Did he ever get a response or did those letters go straight to the round file? @Thetan

She responded to emails he sent her, but he didn't get a letter back. She probably burned or shredded it once she got it.

Yes, those emails were before Chris graduated from PVCC. MLW had to balance allowing Chris to get his degree and not waste the years and credits he earned with trying to minimize the bizarre bullshit that went on on her campus. So she had to deal with the problem actively.
After Chris got his degree she just had to worry about keeping Chris and his weirdness away from her and her students. Keep him away from PVCC permanently and ignore any missives.
