Chris doesn’t understand gender aside from stereotypes he watched on TV.

Any pronouncements Chris makes about being gay or trans should therefore be treated with the same seriousness as when an 8 year old announces that he wants to be an astronaut.

(Personally I’ve always found the “Chris is a repressed homosexual!” theory to be fairly ludicrous.
Despite being “a woman”, Chris has put absolutely zero efforts towards getting pickle. Especially compared with the heroic amounts of time and energy he has spent trying to get China.)


TLDR: Chris is a heterosexual dang, dirty MALE, who doesn’t understand gender and wants to play life on easy mode. He therefore claims he’s a lesbian woman.

It always interested me how he seemed to favor TV gender stereotypes over the examples set by his parents, who certainly didn't fall into those stereotypes themselves. I can personally understand having "older" parents who enjoyed watching shows from the 50's, I really enjoyed I Love Lucy as a kid and even M*A*SH* (not from the 50's but still an old show by the time I was a kid) but the distinction was made pretty early in life that the shows weren't realistic. They were meant to be entertaining, not a blueprint for how your life should play out. And even then Chris still takes what he wants from each medium, pretty sure his coveted "three-date rule" wasn't gleaned from 50's media

Sonic appears in the comic but I think it's the same hero-worship Chris himself has toward his favorite blue non-OC hedgehog. I'm more perplexed by the lack of Pikachu despite it's importance to Sonichu lore. Despite being an "Electric Hedgehog Pokemon", Sonichu is more derived from Sonic than the Pokemon franchise. I think it's just that Chris has more attachment to the former.

Has Chris ever considered making money by going on cameo.com?

For those of you not familiar with the site, it's where C- and D-list celebrities, washed-up sports figures, Insty/TikTok thots and attention-whores, and similar types record birthday greetings, shout-outs, and other personalized videos for pay. The people on it charge anywhere from $10 to $1000 for a 2-4 minute personalized clip; I'm guessing that cameo.com probably takes @15-20% of the proceeds from their "talent".

This would seem to be an ideal gig for Chris. He's a textbook example of an online celebrity, obviously needs money, and loves doing vidyas. And it's probably much lower-effort than eBay was. What say you, KFers?

I think without Barb, Bob would lean more on Chris to do more work, but my question would be if I were to ask Bob, "Did Barb ever contribute as a parent?"

Don't know if he would have trooned out because Bob seemed really against that and could have issued an ultimatum to Chris to stop dressing like a woman or he would kick him out of the house, or Bob would have stopped giving a fuck and let Chris do whatever he wanted. At the very least the Chandlers finances wouldn't be in the toilet because Bob seemed to have it a little more together than Barb.

I've always felt it because a Pokemon doesn't really communicate much, beyond Meowth. They go pika pika, and Chris's limited means of communication would likely struggle to make their dialogue manifest in a meaningful way.... not that he succeeded any other times. Pikachu existed to get past the copyright rules of the school assignment, and to give Sonichu lightning powers. The potential nuance of being a hybrid and a being of two different worlds reached its apex and immediate end with Rosechu sobbing she'd never get someone to squirtle inside of her, then pouncing on the first food-obsessed man child to knock on the door.

Wasn't he doing a similar thing before? It might've been one of his reward tiers for patreon, a personalized 1 minute video for shout outs and whatnot. People in the tier were asking for birthday wishes for their friends, the videos would come out weeks after the birthday or only be half as long as was promised. It was a while ago, but at one point he spent a few seconds on someone's reward before spending the next few minutes ranting about My Little Pony or something.

He's tried it several times before now, and yeah, he was ridiculously lazy about it and generally turned out a substandard product. He first took paid requests back in 2016 and churned out a bunch of videos, about half of which were weens getting him to give shout-outs to mass shooters or reading copypastas. At some point, though, either people stopped paying him or he just got too lazy to keep up with requests, so he stopped for a while. As you mentioned, he then added them as a reward on Patreon. You had to pledge at least $50 to get a video, and they were again half-assed efforts at best.

Like his comic making business, his medallion making business, he has things people are willing to pay stupid money to obtain. He has every component to successful capital BAR effort. Like the time he gets paid to make a medallion, takes forever, so the guy threatens to withhold the funds.... Chris makes the medallion, but with an angry face because Chris is pure passive aggressive.

I don't know how successful his card making went, but given his willingness to pilfer other peoples art and charge them for a game that was supposed to be free and for the fans, it shows he has the ethics of Gordon Gecko, and the brains of a gecko called Gordon

I'm not sure he did it because he thinks it'll make his life easier, but I agree with everything else, it's more like, I dunno, a combination of whatever idea he gets in his head and the path of least resistance rather than what you see with some trans people who are doing it to benefit themselves or manipuate others, I think Chris lacks the theory of mind to be cunning like that in a convincing way.

I treat his claims that he's a woman as seriously as when Chris says he's part sonichu, a goddess or that he's an immortal and perpetually 21:
