I have not said much about Rory for awhile, but plenty of people at CalArts are pretty disgusted with Rory right now. The funny thing is I have had multiple classmates finding out who she is only recently thanks to the situation at hand right now. Other than that plenty of people know her as "That person that draws Captain America porn".

I know we are the butt of plenty of jokes on the internet, but even people at CalArts don't like her art. It is astounding how they embody the very stereotype of "CalArts Style" while being the only person at CalArts that I have seen thus far to actually draw like that.

What sorts of things are people saying about her and/or the situation she's in right now?

Thing is, when you work in art, connections are extremely important. By alienating her classmates, she's ostensibly fucking up opportunities for herself down the line. If someone in her graduating class makes it big, you can bet your ass they're not taking Little Miss Dumbbell Fishlips with them.

Not really. This is not something faculty would get involved with since it's petty internet drama. I am not in any of Rory's classes or know of anyone that is as close as I expected with Rory, so I am not sure if anyone has actually spoken with Rory. So having seen this entire thread pop up on literally almost every social media decided to hop in and see what the fuck this person had gotten themselves into.

It's really not hard to not make Steve a bimbo. They used to draw him pretty okay.
It's also not that hard to not draw brown people like gorillas.
