Y'know, Bob, maybe there are some of us out there who DON'T want to live in crowded urban bughives that could be reduced to burning rubble filled with starving, rioting marauders within days of a supply-chain disruption. Maybe there are those of us who like seeing these green things called "trees" outside of our windows and who don't want to hop a bus three times just for the chance to stroll through a grass-filled public park. I know that suburban sprawl is a problem, but I don't think we need to create a human version of John Calhoun's Mouse Utopia just to ensure that everyone has a roof over their heads.
Bob, of course, wants everyone to live the way he wants them to not because he thinks it will make them happy, but because it will make them more dependent on the Globalist Ubergovernment that will be required to run a society on that massive of a scale. Richard Attenborough's musings on human population may seem callous, but he is a man who has seen lots of animal habitat destroyed by human thoughtlessness, so I'll give his misanthropy a pass. Bob's misanthropy however, is solely a product of his seething hatred for his fellow men and it should be called out for what it is.

So this is the superior future in a nutshell?
