For me it got to the point where the negatives of the cinema experience (artificially inflated prices, obnoxious people talking or on their phones, 30 minutes of ads (not trailers) before the film, the same capeshit over and over) far outweighed any pros it offered. Plus I don't need the 'big screen experience' when the best films being made today aren't explosion porn or 90-minute jump-scare reels.
