That is, assuming they even want to hire him.
I imagine him ranting over twitter about how he was declined an interview with some employer.
It's also assuming they don't do a background check before the interview and realise that employing someone who wants to genocide their primary employee base might not be the best idea.
Let's say Bob did get to interview though, I think it might go something like this:
Interviewer: So, what skills and experience have you got?
Bob: I once made a three hour review of
Batman v Superman.
Interviewer: Right... what would you do if someone came into our store wanting to buy a copy of
Batman v Superman?
Bob: I'd tell them naht to and direct them towards the Mahvel films that represent the superior future. DC represents the inferior pahst.
Interviewer: Superior Future?
Bob: Yeah. It'll happen when all the stupid, mediocre white people who vote Republican die off so we can start growing wheat on the moon.
Interviewer: You do know we expect every person who comes into the store to be treated with dignity and respect right?
Bob: But those people aren't human.
Interviewer: Okay... we'll be in touch.
