Does Bob realize that not being able to find any purpose, joy, or meaning in the world besides the latest Marvel pablum is mostly a HIM problem?

It's a problem that's almost exclusive to him and the few like-minded autists who gravitate to him on Twitter.

It's almost like they're abnormal, or have a disorder or something. Not because they're just too smart for this dumb rock.

If only there was a word to describe this condition - something that would be considered a spectrum.

Bob wants to live in the Jetsons universe.
@make_it_so
Ah, and there's that "they stole the future I EARNED!!!" bullshit this degenerate sack of lipids loves to spout. Yeah, a "future" you took no part in building or contributing to. Not to mention that again, Bob, you dumb subhuman looking beached whale carcass, that's not how fucking science and engineering works you dumb fucking motherfucker. Republicans not wanting abortion, gun control, centralized planning, or any of the other progressive shit you whack your shriveled junk to is not what is preventing us from having FTL travel or Star Trek replicator technology or magical smog eating devices, you stupid fat subhuman fuck.

You have absolutely no fucking clue about what you're talking about here and you need to fucking come to grips with it.
Odin Almighty! The stupidity of Bob really knows no bounds. Explore the stars? Fuck. Does Bob know why "light-year" is a unit of distance? Does this corpulent motherfucker even know that it takes nearly five years for light from Proxima Centauri (the closest star to Sol) to reach Earth? No! as you said, he believes (not thinks) that science men are going to invent a warp drive out of thin air. Never mind the fact that warp drives in Star Trek needed both antimatter and dilithium to operate. One is extremely difficult to create and the other is a fictional element. Granted, scientists have been theorizing about the Alcubierre drive for years now, but many posit that it will need an exotic form of matter to work, if it even will work.

I don't consider myself extremely smart by any measure, but damn. I still like Newton, Einstein, and Hawking combined when I read Bob's idiotic hot takes.

Bob wants to live in the Jetsons universe.

But everybody in the Jetsons universe is white.

Interesting.... I think Bob has some cards he ain't showing.
If I'm one card short of a full deck, Moviebob is 51 cards short.

Yep! More reactions to a Positron post:

Positron: You ghouls are killing Bobby's nephew, niece and mom!

Moviebob, hypocritical COVIDiot: My preference is for my 3 year old nephew and my 60+ year old mother [...] to NOT die because "the population" coughed on them...
Moviebob (2021.03.05): It is the moral responsibility of every decent Texan who even gets so much as a *head cold,* is able or has the opportunity to make sure they cough ALL OVER Greg Abbott from now until he ends his term.

I know not to cough on your mother, Bob, but DON'T YOU FUCKING TALK about not wanting people to cough all over your mother when you've LITERALLY encouraged people to cough over politicians you don't like!

Positron: I daresay Bobby loves his nephew and niece, if only as new receptacles of trashy pop-culture knowledge. But his love to them does not entitle him to subject other people's bodies to potential harm: this is not a noble sentiment that he imagines.
Nothing Moviebob says or does is noble.

Positron: The favorite trick of liberals all over the world is to use children as their political mouthpiece. Bobby is evidently reduced to a wobbly mass of melted butter.

CNN's New Day: Anti-mask parents laughed at a high-schooler whose grandma died of Covid-19 while [the student] was advocating for masks at a Tennessee school board meeting. [Student] Grady Knox says he "couldn't understand why people would [...] react like that."
First of all, I offer my sincerest condolences to TN high-schooler Grady Knox. The past eighteen months have been brutal on EVERYONE in America, and I genuinely feel that the tolerance of differing opinions any more. I'm anti-mask (i.e. I do not want to wear one, but will wear one if asked), but it's never a good idea to cheer whenever misfortune befalls someone who simply didn't deserve such an unpleasant fate. The anti-maskers involved in this situation deserve to be called out and shamed.

Now that I've said that, I'm going to talk about a bad person long overdue for misfortune...
Moviebob, COVID hypocrite extraordinaire: ...understand what is waiting for you if you were on the wrong side of this moment when the survivors of their generation take their rightful place in power. I do not expect they will show us mercy. I do not expect WE will deserve it.
Of course, you don't expect mercy, Bob. You shouldn't expect any mercy simply because you are neither worthy nor deserving of mercy, Bob.

Moviebob, insincere opportunist: Everything worthwhile "we" have to give you we already uploaded and/or is getting repackaged all shiny by Disney or whoever: Smash and rebuild the rest of it, and the let the bones of ANY of us who won't help you do it be your foundations.
Considering Moviebob doesn't give a flying fuck about anyone but himself, is he advocating that future generations use his remains as a foundation for a toilet? Because that would be sweet karmic justice if it happened.

Positron: "Everything worthwhile is from Disney or whoever; smash and rebuild the rest"? I thought Bobby is the spokesmen of Art and Culture?
5mh307.jpg

Positron: So it stands to reason that Bobby licks the boots of rich, vengeful neurotic vaccine fanatics, because they make everything that is worthwhile to him.

Michael Tracey, journalist: The primary constituency served by a federal vaccine mandate is affluent, vengeful neurotics whose sense of comfort depends on the Government coercing their perceived cultural inferiors into compliance.

Moviebob, vengeful neurotic: This would be a better burn if "affluent vengeful neurotics" wasn't a solid three-word description of the people across race, background, gender, identity, etc. who produce [...] 80% of the culture and social-atmosphere [sic] making like on this rock tolerable.
And there's the 20% of people who, like Moviebob, do their absolute best to make life on this rock as completely insufferable as possible.

Glenn Greenwald: A huge number of liberals absolutely believe non-liberals are stupid, primitive, ignorant, inferior and amoral troglodytes, and most COVID discourse has far more to do what that bigottry--and the glee they get in overriding their will--than it does anything resembling Science.

Moviebob, stupid, primitive, ignorant troglodyte: Where's the lie...?
Is this Moviebob sharing a rare moment of self-awareness? Nah, can't be...

Knew it!
Moviebob, who's just a dope: (Other than "non-liberals" being a weird way to spell "just dopes")
Or like Moviebob being a weird way to spell "Hitlerian film critic". Case in point:
Twitter user Brumairian: What [liberals] don't understand [...] is that people like me who have been resisting but [...] are forced to submit to this kind of humiliation for the sake of our families will absolutely never forget it. They have an unhealthy disregard for revenge.

Moviebob, vengeful Believer: "Disregard?" The HELL do you think [...] this currently [sic] level of complimentary "fuck your feeling?" Came from? We're LIVING in the Earth-stuck, disease-covered, climate-baking non-future CAUSED by decades of superstitious anti-science "resisting" from bigots and believers™.
Once again, Moviebob doesn't have any grasp on the concept of "practicing what you preach".

Moviebob, 21st century reject: People who actually DESERVED the 21st were supposed to be exploring the stars and breathing the cleanest air in eons by now;
I keep saying this because I believe it to be true: Moviebob's dream 21st Century looks nightmarishly similar to Nazi Germany.

Moviebob, personification of greed: Take your medicine and get the fuck out of the way.
Moviebob needs to get out of his own way first

Twitter user Christopher B.: Can anyone explain to an infant right winger like me what *exactly* getting vaccinated against COVID (every six months for the rest of my life) accomplishes...?

Moviebob, ign'ant Leftoid: Do you wash your hands with soap after using the bathroom? [...] before you "not the same thing!" This; yes it is...

Christopher B.: Assume for the sake of argument I tortute kittens and drink baby food. Please answer my question:

Moviebob, acrofatic question dodger: Why? You don't even exist.

Christopher B.: Why do you people bother with the pretense of a vaccine if all you want is concentration camps? Also, I'm not American.
Moviebob doesn't respond to this statement. Quite telling that he's already lost the argument.

Twitter user ANImaniac89: We all watched Jan 6th, we've all had our lives actively made worse by covidiotg dragging this shit out like a child having a tantrum
"A child having a tantrum". That's Moviebob, all right.

ANImaniac89: There are no good conservatives, only the willfully hateful and stupid or simply dumb.
"Willfully hateful and stupid or simply dumb". That's Moviebob, all right!

Christopher B.: But how does the VIRUS know anything about any of this though?

ANImaniac89: The virus [...] just uses idiots like you to reproduce and mutate. It's idiots like you and this braindead refusal to get vaccinated [...] it's your selfish fault all for [...] being scared of the shot? [...] you are so scared of a little prick.

Positron: If this nutter cared about science, he'd have know that the virus has long been making a cozy home among the vaccinated and mutates merrily. But then you have to know this is the specimen you are dealing with.
Yep. As we've seen in recent weeks, getting a COVID-19 vaccine does not result in immeidate immunity.

Positron: Newsflash: GOP is going to legally challenge Biden's "six prong" plan:

Philip Wegmann, Real Clear Politics: Legal challenges to Biden's new OSHA rule are almost certainly inevitable. The president didn't answer my shouted question: "How is this Constitutional, sir?"

Moviebob, real clear threat to intelligence: The Leader of the Free World didn't answer... whoever this is?
Fuck you, Bob.

Positron: Ben Shapiro chimes in:

Ben Shapiro, Daily Wire: Today proves [...] that the administrative state is merely a giant fungible blob of authoritarianism. The CDC can issue eviction moratoria! OSHA can mandate that you force your workers to vaccinate! None of this has a shred of Congressional approval.

Moviebob, fungible blob of authoritarianism: OSHA has had it's Congressional approval since 1970, you sputtering dweeb.
You once again confused it's with its again, you petty phlemwad! (Be sure to mark "improper use of it's/its" down on tonight's Moviebob Bingo cards if you have it, folks!)

Greg Sargent, Washington Post: The political commentary on Biden's speech is strange. The idea that "angering anti-vaxxers" will have bad political consequences for Dems is misplaced [...] misses [...] that Dem voter groups will *also* get energized by this [...] in the midterms.

Moviebob, Bostonian compost: "Dems" want to anger anti-vaxxers, MAGAs, all manner of right-wing fuckery [...] 21st Century America™ is read to let it RIP on white trash America.
To my beloved Moviebob:
flip_bird_49.jpg

Positron: Fortunately we are not under any illusion that the Dems are driven by vendetta ever since their Kween lost to a pussy-grabber.
But we all know, for a fact, that Moviebob sure as Hell is!

Positron: Oops! The city of Portland, the vile den of Democrats, openly defies Biden's orders!

Rebecca Ellis, Oregon Public Broadcasting: Mayor [Ted] Wheeler has announced [Portland, OR] will not be enforcing the citywide vaccine mandate on the police force.

Moviebob, MA public nuisance: ...so this a coup of the city government by...
Shut up, Bob.

Moviebob, gestapo member: ...the armed branch that's supposed to take orders from it and therefore...
Shut... UP... Bob.

Moviebob, SS aspirant: ...STATE and [...] FEDERAL government should immediately be deploying to arrest and remove the Portland Police for treason--yes? Seems pretty cut and dry?
WILL YOU PLEASE SHUT THE FUCK UP, NAZIBOB?!

Josh Raby, YouTube content producer: Can you think of a single other job on earth where tacitly endorsing voilence [...] doesn't immediately get you fired
I can think of exactly one such profession: Chairman of the Boston Online Film Critics Association. Honestly, if anyone in the BOFCA had anything resembling a spinal column, the thoroughly horrid Moviebob would be pushed the door and permanently locked out.

Positron: Populism is literally Nazi:

David Hogg, gun control advocate: Protect unions, tax billionaires and regulate Wall Street.
OK, I'm onboard with "tax billionaires" (yes, I'm willing to admit that my federal financial views skew leftward). Union protection and Wall Street regulation... not so much.

Hogg: Populism will kill democracy.
Odd. I already thought the Democrats in D.C. (and in California...) were are already doing a bang-up job destroying democracy without any assistance.

Speaking of people who want to destroy democracy, here he is again...
Moviebob, total control advocate: ...there were these guys in German who described themselves as exactly that; though you *might* disagree on who they decided "the elite" actually were...
I think the "elite" happened to be the same political party that controlled Germany from 1938-1945, which was the same party led by a man with a bad haircut and a toothbrush mustache.

The Hill: [Chris] Christie: GOP needs to be "the party that's perceived to be telling the American people the truth."

Moviebob, distorter of perception: The word perceived is doing enough lifting here to get Christie off the ground.

Positron: Good take Bobby, the only problem is that The Hill is the only source of this story and I cannot find video evidence.
Damn. I haven't had "Ad Hominem Attack" on my Moviebob Bingo for several days now...

Positron: Arch liberal Steven Pinker agrees that Cancel Culture exists and is harming academics.

Steven Pinker, cognitive scientist at Harvard: There is a myth that "cancel culture" is a myth. But literally hundreds of scholars have been targeted [...] the attacks resulted in punishment, often firings.

Bob "No bad Targets" Chipman: "Being dislikable having it effect [sic] you at work" does not become a serious cultural issue because you give it a buzzy name.
This, coming from someone who was let go twice from The Escapist, the first of which for being a contemptible douchebag who fell well below commonplace standards for human decency?

*My apologies to the feminine hygeine industry.

Bob is not a practical person. He kinda thinks magically.

He thinks anything is possible as long as you want it bad enough, and he thinks there's too many mayo chuds who don't want it.

So being hateful and intolerant protects you from being killed by covid. Thanks MOS for the info; you learn something new every day.

Bobby's Angel Sean MacLaggan accuses people for being "narcissistic dumbfuck". Such irony.

Bobby endorses UBI; he just doesn't endorse Andrew Yang because Bobby is racist (if the search function works you may search this thread).
Tactics, targets.

People tend to become more conservative as they age, which explains Bobby's edgelordism:

Because Bob is genuinely subnormal intellectually and rife with delusions and personality malformations.

In this case, he had some sort of divine autismal experience at EpCot for some reason. Admittedly I only say this because a lot of what he gurgles on about has a lot in common with old ads from EpCot or from the Horizons ride that got demolished for Mission to Mars. I know he had a religious experience watching the Wizard, so I can genuinely just envision this scenario:

Child Bob blankly gazes at the ride's movie experience, the flashing colors of the video enthralling him as he struggles to understand the words that come with them. All he sees and knows is that this man on the big TV is telling him things like robots doing all the work, being able to fly in space, virtual reality, and so much more can totally happen. He rocks back and forth, craving a royal purple crayon to chew on as he struggles to understand what he saw. He eventually comes to believe that all the magic that is science will happen when he's alive, for he is the main character in his life show. He flaps his flabby hands in glee as he finally gets how he can escape from Mick the Bully and Father Francis and go to the mushroom kingdom forever.

Bob thinks that if sci-fi writers can think of a thing, that soon the science will follow and scientists will deliver upon the Soopeeryah Fyootchah, and sooner than portrayed. After all, TNG showed basically Ipads back in the late 80s through the mid 90s, and ST:TOS communicators were basically cell flip-phones long before the bloody things were invented.

Bob is nuts if he thinks the "Jetsons" future is coming. No, Humanity is not going to be building ridiculous cities in the clouds on stilts, with flying cars that fold up into suitcases when unneeded. The best Bob can hope for is a Roomba rather than Rosie. There may be flying cars in the future, but almost assuredly they won't look like that.

I'm not sure if Bob paid much attention to Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (either the old comic/movies or the Glen A. Larson TV show), but there's not much there which has made it to be a possible present day invention, except maybe the "food pills" based upon soy. Nobody's getting a wisecracking sapient Ambuquod drone anytime soon, nor space starfighters in every garage spaceport with passenger room equivalent to a small sedan and also equipped with pulsar cannons. And even if the Buck Rogers laser handguns/rifles came into being, Biden's brain in a jar would be ranting and raving as would Bob that there needs to be Death Laser control.

Flipping through these last few updates of tweets got me thinking. Bob's obsessed with this Nazi shit. Dude can't throw that word around enough. I worked in the oil industry for a while, which is well known for... less than progressive values, I'll say.

In that time, I met two actual white supremacists. Survivalist, bunker, year's worth of canned food, guns, militia, conspiracies that always involve Jews, all of that. Oddly enough, I was good friends with them despite the fact that I'm not white. Went fishing and shooting with them many times. I was a guest at their white supremacist homes and had dinner with their white supremacist kids. It was fine. They had an SNES mini and I showed them how badly a person can lose at Street Fighter. They didn't lynch me for it.

Whatever Bob thinks nazis are, he's wrong. This is tinfoil hat shit. Under normal circumstances, you'd institutionalize this paranoid fuck. Twitter and it's collection of people sharing stories of things that definitely happened love to talk about the hives of nazis that have infiltrated every layer of government from the Supreme Court to your local PTA. Now that I've known some, they're not coordinated enough to organize a spaghetti dinner at the VFW let alone hold any societal power.

Your postman might be a nazi. The ice cream man is definitely a nazi. The paint guy at Lowes? You'd bet your ass he's a nazi. They're all in it together. Remember, Bob *actually* believes what it's hurting my fingers to type because it's so fucking stupid.

"we'd already have the cute 60s Jetsons Future version..." and my eyes rolled into the back of my head so hard and so fast that I got whiplash.
Christ, he really bought into an entire fictional future and now is constantly dissapointed that reality doesn't acquiesce to his delusions. Imagine being 40 years old and still stuck in the ,"can't believe we don't have flying cars yet!" stage.

i was talking about the original pulp novel Armageddon 2419 A.D.. does Bob release that carousel of progress, Horizons , House of the future, among which were ads for what General Electric, or Monsanto, could do for you in the future, and that if we tax corporations out the asshole, they will be less inclined to innovate?

This is the worst thing MovieBob has ever tweeted, lol. How the fuck can any leftist on youtube, twitter, etc - Look at this shit and be like "Hum, yeah, that's the guy I would rather be with the the redneck labor class who is scared of jab."

It's almost comical at this point. I have never seen a bootlicker of this quality. This guy would legit suck off any corporate master as long as it has baby yoda or a capeshit hero on it.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand that's going into the cringe compilation

First, no periods anywhere lol.

Second,Bob's mom is, according to Bob himself, 60. That means she was born in 1961. She did not, or even have the ability to, participate in ANY of those things. She was still in diapers when Kennedy was killed and Saigon fell years before her sweet 16. Any romanticism comes squarely from Bob as he noisily and greedily gobbled up whatever media he could consoom. And speaking of mindless consooming!

This guy said with zero irony that everything good and anything that matters comes from Disney. Of all the Bobisms I have heard this might be the Bobiest of them all. To top it off, he ends with this super cool and metal slogan of, paraphrasing because computer is not able to reach the levels of awesomeness and retardation of Bob's words even with a cut and paste, "use the bodies of your enemies to build back better yo!" and because he's secretly a 14 year old girl he ends with an emoticon. Bob, again, wishes for people to do harm to the people he doesn't like for him and, again, fails to realize that he will be one of the bodies thrown onto the heap.

Blessings be upon my fellow Bobologists and blessings be upon the great lapsed pope Diabeeto, may the wheels of his chair continue to spin the world, our one true connection to the one true god, The Walt Disney Corporation.
