The reason they don't is because of the massive language barrier and Pixiv hosting a lot of art that would otherwise trigger them. I have an account myeslf, both for posting and faving and at times it can be hard to get through but after a while I learned how to work the site and communicate with artist. I usually don't talk that much compared to how I would converse with artist on dA but it's still a nice site and a great way to find artist and tutorials.

Pixiv has a lot of WONDERFUL artist both in and out if Japan but it also has it's own fetish side of things so I doubt the Tumblrettes would want to deal with that but in the end that makes it less of a shit hole to find their style of art. There are a few people from the states/not Japan that I know and follow on the site and so far I haven't really run into any of the troon crap and I don't count dick-girls as trans, especially when the basis for it is drawn to be fetish shit anyway and not the massive pile of so-called PROGRESSIVENESS that Tumblr calls it.

I remember this shit. About two or three months ago some people I knew on Twitter posted this and it was wall banging, especially when you compare it to the Japanese version where all they do is joke on each other and show how detailed you can draw despite the range being so limited. I even got into a discussion with someone about how invasive this crap is because no one comes to Splatoon to be lectured about gender shit and no WANTS to be either. No one fucking cares what gender you are; that's not the issue. The issue is people ramming this shit where its not fucking needed, especially when both the US and Canada are committed to remind us about transtrenders and other forced gender shit EVERY. FUCKING. DAY. People come to the area to have fucking fun, not have some Tumblr asshole talk about how their trans for hours upon end. And it's always the trenders who do this shit. I don't know an actual person who has transitioned, young or old, who does this shit at least to the point where its a fucking OBSESSION on their part. And they sure as hell aren't uppity to strangers about it. If a person asks and wants to know, they'll tell them. They just don't bum rush a person and force them to listen to them about a bunch of shit like this.

Also the art fucking sucks too but that's to be expected at this point.

You see, I've been following them for YEARS, starting back when I was a self-pitying mess of a adolescent. A lot of their artwork deals with mental illness, and I don't think that art that deals with such topics is doomed to be bad. In fact, my favorite musician sings a lot about mental illness.
However, this artist talks about mental illness in a way that seems very defeatist, as if they're not willing to help themselves.

Okay, the dude looks like the lovechild of Johnny Bravo and Dale Gribble, defeats villians by screaming at them, and dresses like Rob Halford. What about that suggests a gender identity crisis, or any self-esteem issues whatsoever?

What's up with the - in the middle of the sentences? Also, I don't understand when tumblrinas talk about be feeling like a girl or a boy (or nothing). How the fuck do you feel like some gender? Genders aren't feelings. Interesting how they fight to people use what they want, yet they label themselfs as trans, non-binary or something just because they don't act 100% like the stereotype of their sex (just like any other person).

I have pixiv as well, I love art in there. I go there more Tumblr and dA. Sad part about pixiv that some of the good art are in R-18 section because bundle non R-18(majority of art) together with r-18. I found super annoyed that most depression people that I know (including myself as I faced financial Depression last year) are people looks normal people and striving to survival the next day. They want to exceed in life awhile doubt themselves. People with actual Depression don't want to be state of being useless. However when it hits, it hits hard. Sad part about it, depends how bad is depression, you either bare with it or take medication because life is a bitch and ain't go to your way.

These two would type of people I would say drama queen, grown up, and get a job at the same time.

How terrible. I feel the "brand loyalty" thing. They have nice ink work, and its good to have media that talks about mental illness by people who actually have it. But this isn't funny, striking up awareness, or encouraging handling it in a healthy way. Its just irritating.
My assumption for this route is, once again, always going to be that it is extremely profitable right now with a certain crowd.
