Wait, the default skyrim community patch has some modder's voice acting in it? I never noticed that before.

Yep

In normal Skyrim, the first dragon fight didn't have any recorded dialogue, but there were subtitles that would pop up if you were close enough to the dragon.

So as a bug fix, Arthmoor and his merry band of faggots thought it would be better to shittily record the lines and add them in instead of just removing the subtitles.

I've had arguments with his fanboys over how colossally retarded this is years ago, and how it clearly should have been in his cutting room floor mod since it's clearly cut content, and the bug/mistake was forgetting to remove the subtitles. Because they're braindead fanboys they argued that the opposite of course, and when I asked them why he didn't include Naseems manor in the Unofficial Patch (since, you know, he still has a key to it) and instead put it into the cutting room floor mod, they got pissed off and just downvoted me into oblivion.

They make all sorts of changes like that and then when people bitch they basically say they know the lore/game better than Bethesda. Although they may not be wrong these days, since Bethesda has gone and used a change they've made in their dumb card game apparently.

Wait, they did? Elaborate?

Lynly Star Sung is said to have flowing black hair when Sibbi Black Briar describes her, but in game it was short blonde hair. Arthmoor changed it to black calling it an inconsistency mistake, but people in the early days pointed out that she was in hiding so it made sense that she would change her hair style and color so it wasn't an inconsistency.

Well, Elder Scrolls Legends comes out and the card featuring Lynly Star Sung now has long flowing black hair. So Arthmoor and his crones now use this as a point that they were right, and retroactively claim the change is to match Legends to give it more authority.

All this being said, Bethesda has never gone back and actually corrected this "mistake" themselves in any of the re-releases or their updates. So it's really up in the air at this point who was right or fucked up as there's just a lot of fart sniffing from Arthmoor and incompetence from Bethesda all around.

Like in the end it's just hair color and doesn't really matter but the fact Arthmoor was so petty about it was pathetic.

Wait, that wasn't in vanilla Skyrim? I literally had no idea lmao.

I'm okay with his fix because it's a game and so it should've been a clue to help you find her if you weren't using quest markers. She's also just a regular woman who fled far enough in a land without cameras that she wouldn't need or have the means to change her hair colour (going from black to blonde is not easy). Arthmoor is so up his own ass though, he's like perpetually angry.

I'm a little late but 4thUnknown's mods have been hidden on the Nexus. He's Russian and can't make money from his mods since Paypal refuses to do business in Russia so he's throwing a bitchfit. The reddit thread has links to his pretty decent armors.
"hiding my mods for an 11 year old game to own Zelinsky and his NATO buddies"...?

I swear, this whole modding scene shit was so much better when not every modder had a Patreon / PayPal link plastered all over the mod description before you even get to the actual text telling you what the mod is about...

Vidya modding has always been super autistic though. Look at the SimCity4 modding community, the mod authors think they own the copyright for their mods and no one would reupload mods from sites that closed down. By 2015 it was getting difficult to find dependencies for older mods. Then you have one mod site that forced all modders to pack their mods into .exe files. The mods themselves were under a MB and were only one or two files but you had to open an exe, accept their user agreement, and when the mod was installed it automatically opened a pdf of the page you downloaded the mod from. As soon as Cities: Skylines got more mods and expansion packs most of us left the SC4 community.

Apparently the artifacts of skyrim guy pulled down all his shit on the nexus due to the collections. You really should just DL any mod that is tangentially interesting because these tards really pull stuff for any reason.

[[UNDER CONSTRUCTION]]

This is a bunch of new info I've slowly gathered. There're bound to be edits and updates. Since these girls want attention so badly for their harrowing experiences, I'll gladly give them attention.

So, in regards to the Skyrim Romance drama, apparently it wasn't just one ugly woman (Elizabeth AKA Hildr) frivolously accusing our VA and Dev of sexual harassment, it was a cabal of ugly women conspiring together. Imagine, a coven of rape-fetishists saying they were accosted by desirable men -- it boggles the mind.

I did some digging. The progenitor of these claims is a girl named Emily McMurray. She went by the handle "Emielliah05" on Discord.
Emielliah05.PNG
She relentlessly hit on an engaged man in the SRM Discord server (the VA, River) and a married man (the Dev, Xiderpunk). Neither of these men had any business talking to the fans and they should've never done so. They naively thought no issues would arise from it. While I don't consider these men to be predators or rapists, they're certainly not very wise.

Apparently, Emily whined incessantly to our Dev about how awful her husband (some poor guy named Aaron) and presumably used this tactic on the VA too. When these men didn't... I don't know, readily whisk her away into the Skyrim-fueled wet dream she wanted, she, of course, cried rape: the last ditch effort of ugly girls everywhere.

((This is also who I'd pick if I had hundreds of groveling girls in a server to choose from.))

If you remember Hildr, the yellow-mouthed grease-trap highlighted in the previous post,
Hildr (2).PNG
she joined in the cyber-rape accusations against our Dev (Xiderpunk) when he didn't reciprocate her advances. I wasn't fully aware that she accused him of sexual harassment on top of trying to sabotage his real life relationships.

These two women came together to wage war against River Kanoff (VA), Xiderpunk, and our Lady Dev (Iris) who was closest professionally and relationshiply(?) to these men. But they could not enact war without the proper champion. Meet Nell,
Nell Discord.PNG
Full name: Sunelle Klopper. She lives in Pretoria, South Africa, and she's a unique sort of Skyrim fan. You'll see why.
Just like Hildr, she is terminally online in this SRM Discord. She posts in there constantly, to this day, and even moderated it at some point.
I was shocked looking through her post history when this image came up.

That's right, she is a fucking grandma.

As far as I know, she did not accuse either River of Xiderpunk of sexual harassment on herself (that'd be retarded) but she did rally behind Emily and Hildr's claims.

Yes, some geriatrics touch their cooches to Skyrim porn. The more you know.

This is where it gets... tiresome. I have to talk about Mara (AKA, Katie) again and Tyro, her buttbuddy. I didn't talk about Tyro much 'cause she's just a lackey, but she's been just as much as a headache.

In the wake of these allegations, it's believed that Katie and Tyro (another moderator/developer) had everyone involved (the accusers and the accused) sign a completely fake NDA. By fake, I mean one that wouldn't hold up in court. It was a formality at best.

The reason for this NDA was to keep the drama from spiraling out of control until it was legally settled. As mentioned in the first post, Xiderpunk and River lawyered up the moment these girls began attacking their reputations. The girls, however, didn't want to abide by the legal process and rescinded their accusations the second lawyers were brought in. Once the threat of legal action died down, however, they decided to publicly accuse them anyway with Grandma Nell's help.

Under the alias of u/bakercandy, Sunelle took to a nothing-thread on Reddit to blow the lid off of everything.

I have thought about what i am about to do for a long time. It is not a spur of the moment decision. I want to warn all Discord communities against Iris, River Kanoff and Darkxide.
Iris took the Bishop mod over from Mara a few years ago.
There where rumors through the grapevine that about 2 years ago that nasty things happened on the SRM Discord and those 2 men where protected by Iris.
There had to be NDA's signed after female members in SRM Discord where victimised in vile manners, they carry the hurt to this day and regretfully these men still roam Discords freely. The NDA's had to be signed so that the other parties can keep their mouths shut because the fact that the VA River Kanoff and the Modder Darxide can be protected at all cost. Fair much? It was learned through legal advise that these NDA's are illegal.
It has come to my attention that Iris cannot be trusted either and she uses information against you. Iris gets what Iris wants and she does not care who and what she hurts or destroy in the process.
Mara seems like a kind person but sits by and watches Iris bulldoze members.Iris has the gift to rally those around her who share her vindictiveness and unfortunately the well meaning and truly kind people in the SRM Discoord are left battered and bruised.
I can't live one more day without putting this information out there. Trust me i have nothing to gain personally from revealing this. I am simply convinced that this is the right thing to do.

Interestingly, she doesn't hold their SRM overlords accountable by encouraging them to sign an illegal NDA. You'll notice that River, Darkxide (Xiderpunk), and Iris are propped up as the villains here. Iris (Lady Dev) knew these men closely. Obviously, she didn't think they were rapists and she defended them. Without divulging the extent of the actual harassment inflicted by the cabal, I can guess that Hildr and Emily perceived her as a romantic threat, first and foremost. Arguably, they came at her harder than the alleged cyper-rapists.

Katie does an excellent job of scapegoating people, hence why she pinned the mod's cancellation on Iris when the the ugly-girl-alliance turned on her. In my opinion, it was the most popular decision Katie could've made and that's why she made it.

These women simply aren't credible. I probably don't have to tell you why.

They had every opportunity to go to the police, to actually convict these men of their alleged crimes, save other vulnerable victims, but they would rather whinge on the Internet instead. Given the circumstances, I think it's fair to surmise that they're full of shit.

Holy fuck, the non retarded patch isn't even a megabyte. Arthmoor's retardedness: 127.8 megabytes.
Arthmoor is incapable of doing anything that doesn't let him suck himself off / have bloated, broken ass mods.

I'm not sure if it was covered in here or not, but whatever.

Even though it has almost been 6 years, I still can't wrap my head around how Apollodown thought he could influence the 2016 election by holding his (barely functioning) Civil War Overhaul over everyone's heads. Once Hillary lost, he had a tantrum and took it down, and then demanded "Trump voters give him their dox" or else he wouldn't publish it again. It totally overshadowed his faggotry about the whole "Um actually Stormcloaks are totally diverse and are fighting for everyone's rights, they are not nord supremacists at all" changes he made. Thankfully people who are actually able to code stepped up and made some decent civil war mods that are NOT spaghetti code.

Honestly, threads like this remind me why I quit playing and learning skyrim Modding. Morrowind is 100% better, and most of the modders arene't pozzed in the slightest.

Skyrim becoming "mainstream" really ruined the modding scene. Not even taking into account all the pozzedness, but also just the fact that the majority of mods are fucking shit and broken because nobody properly tests them.

The amount of mods I've tried that completely fuck something up in the game 5 or more hours in is actually quite ridiculous, and a lot of these are fairly popular mods.

I'm also going to say that all of these modders hiding their mods behind paywalls are going to fuck things up royally down the line. Bethesda is pretty clear about people not directly selling their mods, so I could see them locking shit behind Bethesda.net sooner or later. Honestly, I'd prefer this at the moment because the salt from the Nexus would be absolutely amazing.

Oh yeah, the final straw that made me quit Skyrim for good was when I spent about 30 hours just fucking around on a No-Fast travel run. Had a lot of fun, doing necromancer wizard stuff and was enjoying the companion mods Inigo, Kaiden and Lucien. No issues I could find.
Then when I entered the cell that Windhelm's docks were in, instant CTD. Nothing could fix it so... Fuck it.

Paywall'd mods are super gay, but I get why some, like vtaw, put it behind a paywall - They're releasing them in outfit packs, and the only things behind a paywall are textures for alternate colors.
