Suggsverse should 100% have a thread. Or well the creator of suggsverse. Basically he had some anime verse that he was a fan of and he wanked it to insane levels, got laughed at for it, and then decided to make a verse that would win any powerscaling debate ever. The majority of the books is basically like "And then he destroyed an omega-deep transfinite amount of infinite multiverses in a fraction of a planck time" with very few writing inbetween.

I'm pretty sure there's a rape scene in one of the first books.

That's a shame, he might have been a bit of a lolcow over his writing but he was an interesting man to chat with. I believe he had an article ripping into Carl Sagan and Nuclear Winter and breaking down how an actual nuclear exchange between NATO and the Warsaw Pact would have played out. First place I learned about the "pie plate" they had for showing the area of nuke effects. I mentioned Shep and his damn near magic ability to research things, that description came from Slade.

But if you try and check Suggs' books you'll fiind character designs, names and plot lines directly stolen from Get Backers (one Suggs character is just Ban Midou but black). So he wasn't only lying about Get Backers, it was his jam. It was his favorite thing, so much so he tried to include his retarded ideas in it like the deranged powerscaler version of an SJW including gamergate in some anime script.

He's one weird nigger and if he wasn't so inactive he'd be great as a pocket lolcow. I recommend anyone interested to go look at Suggs' quotes to see what fried anime niggerbrain looks like.

Those threads were great, usually they went off into the weeds of "Can a Jedi block a real bullet since they're faster than blaster bolts." There were always some shitposters with a "Imagine a Jedi vs and machine gun," and always some autist getting butt hurt. Star Wars and Star Trek fans were the low hanging fruit, I was always partial to pissing off Honor Harrington fans. I once accidentally pissed off Culture fans by suggesting that Look To Windward described the Culture as an actual Dystopia, where no one's life has any real meaning.
