Stand-up Comedian Lolcows

I might be late to the party with this observation, but it's surprising to me how many fans have turned on Tom Segura.
People just get tired of people that they’re overexposed to. This fat faggot has been continuously podcasting for over 15 years now. I never found him funny or interesting but most people are tolerable in small doses and there’s thousands upon thousands of hours of this loser available online.

I can't stand Jim Norton. He was funny on O&A when he would get in fights with callers, or make fun of guests by agreeing with them, but his standup is just pure cringe. When you compare him to guys like Louis and Bob Kelly, he sucks.
Jim is funny as long as he is sitting down or has a podium.
If its just him and a mic-stand he becomes an unfunny spaz.

Not even close as to why people turned on him.

He became a sell out who rants about "the poors" on Twitter over having to pay some airport fee.

Now his podcast has turned into a giant commercial for him and Bert to hawk any chance he's got.

This is the order I found out about this broad. Now you may be wondering why I'm dropping an OF whore who says she hasn't had sex in 8 years. That's because she used her OF for comedy blogging??? Shit is just weird, I wanted you guys to see.
Fat activist... Oh, for fuck's sake...

Joe Rogan’s standup routine is not funny. The writing is poor, his delivery is all wrong, and he wasn’t blessed with comedic timing. He simply has no talent for comedy. Nevertheless, it’s clear that he considers himself to be one of the top comedians whilst he harangues other comedians for being unfunny hacks.
Joe completely washed out of comedy by the early 2000s, becoming a UFC commentator and host of Fear Factor. Unfortunately his viral callout of Carlos Mencia made people think he was a comedian again and the rest is history.

Joe got very lucky twice being at the ground floor for podcasts and the UFC. It’s easy to sound like a haydur by calling it luck but that really was the case with Rogan.

I don’t hate the guy. Depending on the guest, his podcast can be interesting. He allows the guests to talk without constantly interrupting them which is somewhat rare in the interview game. He also can ask insightful questions.

But Rogan is not a comedian. That’s patently obvious to anyone who’s had the misfortune of experiencing his standup routine.

I enjoyed JRE for the first few years when it was comedians I used to give a shit about and the podcast format was still new enough where you got to hear some good stories that hadn’t been told gorillions of times prior. When he started bringing on other types of guests on more often is when I started checking out. However, I always skipped every episode with Duncan Trussell, Joey Diaz, Eddie Bravo, Brendan Schaub, and any other Deathsquad goon I failed to mention.

Elephant Graveyard is some good shit. Much better than whatever the hell blubbering titty sweat filled mess Joe Rogan shitted out.
The lines "Uh oh, this actually sounds like a cope. I don't know if I ever told you guys this, but I grew up without an uncle, and that has gifted me with the ability to detect copes" alone is funnier than any of these Rogan clips.

Tom Myers, of Cumtown fame, is an un-self aware anti-comedian from Baltimore who can't comprehend his own accidental genius. His jokes have no rhyme or reason to them, almost as if he's just going up on stage and riffing the entire time.

Personally I laugh harder at his jokes than 90% of these hack podcast comedians because its clear hes not phoning it in and this is genuinely the best he can do. There is something genuine about this and you can tell that he actually does care about stand up and it isn't just a grift for him.

I’ve never checked his stuff out as my YouTube algorithm was somehow full of Cumtown clips channels that would crop up I could block them but I will now. Thank you for the recommendation.

I watched a late night show called ‘After Midnight’ hosted by a comedian named Taylor Tomlinson. It is produced by that incredibly unfunny hack Stephen Colbert and, unsurprisingly, it‘s soooo bad. It’s one of those crappy shows where they have plants in the audience whose only job is to wildly cackle and laugh at ANYTHING said by the host or the guests.

It is Grade A Shyte.
