I was watching the Thafnine stream of of it earlier today. I didn't know it was directly tied but the parallels and borrowed story beats sure did seem familiar.

I think some of the game voice cast is the same, too.

I saw Andy's Applefarm and it's the most generic fucking shit ever, it reuses most of that common '2poopy4me" style of scary and makes it worse, or the generic "cute to scary" thing like TWF was doing, I find it funny that the game supposedly takes place in the 80's but it literally looks like a mid 2000's newgrounds flash game but in a small box-ratio television set.

i saw Walten files, i have to say that it has some quality (one or two scenes are probably more effective than the entirety of the shit series it's based from), but it's also a very flawed series.

biggest problems are for me the artist being unable to stray from the series it's based from (for example, ep. 3 would've been better if the game visuals were inspired by an old arcade game one can easily access via MAME, instead of a take on fnaf minigames) and the atrocious amount of non-canon spin off episodes i can't care less about.

Yeah, the audio mixing for TWF1, 2, and the non canon videos is god awful. It improves a lot in TWF3 but you still have to have your audio high to hear what the fuck everyone is saying.

I've heard Walls is literally making $3,000+ a month off his Kickstarter or Patreon or whatever by doing absolutely nothing, I looked at the TWF subreddits and it's slowly devolving into cowshit chaos.
