I hate that a Twilight soundtrack featured one of my favorite bands, so now if I mention liking Within Temptation to some people they assume that I only know them through Twilight.

I kinda like the Beatles better in their pre hippie days. Bieber isn't the anti Christ, I don't listen to him, but I don't get why even some adults, just hate him like he's Stalin or something. Vanilla Ice doesn't sound any worse than any other 90s pop rap.

I'm not incredibly huge on it, but yeah, I do like The Stanley Brothers. Although I do like Earl Scruggs an awful lot.

I remember Within Temptation from the commercials for Blood & Chocolate; an advertised for tweens werewolf movie that came before Twilight. The fact that I remember this minor stuff depresses me.

Even though I like a lot of their songs, I think KMFDM is a little overrated. Also, I didn't think Kiss's album, Music from the Elder was that bad, yeah the lyrics were a little cheesy, but I thought the album was fun, definitely not their worst.

I don't hate Justin Bieber. Don't like his music but his current self destruction has been hilarious to watch.

I don't get the fuss over him smoking weed. It's not like he's robbing banks or shooting people! He's not driving drunk or taking bath salts and eating people's faces off.

Slowly he's going further and further downhill, starts drinking more and more alcohol, and before we know it he pulls an Amy Winehouse before he's 26.

I don't think Black Sabbath was as influential in metal as Judas Priest, Motörhead, and Deep Purple were. Were they the first metal band? Probably, but Judas Priest and Deep Purple gave it most of the sound we have today, while Motörhead gave it its attitude.

Bieber is nowhere near as bad as Aaron Carter was, I don't care what anyone says, at least Bieber's stuff doesn't make you want to commit Seppuku. Miley Cyrus isn't really a slut, she's actually pretty genius because she's making a shit ton of cash and every TMZ moron is eating it up, and taking the bait. In fact, I don't think its so VILE and FILTHY, for a woman to take off her clothes, our culture demonizes sex, but is obsessed with it at the same time. Why in the Western world, are normal body parts so offensive to some? Its just like how we talk about those scary violent video games, a scary ethnic rap music, when our media rewards real violent offenders by making them parts of pop culture, Lanza, the Columbine fucks, the orange haired shit who shot up the theater, etc. Another unpopular music opinion, although I like some of her songs, Lady Gaga is not as brilliant as everyone says, her lyrics are decent, but not profound. Also, Juggalo's aren't the WORST people in the world, I'm not a Juggalo, but I listened to ICP in high school, and its still a guilty pleasure for me, dislike their music? fine, I completely understand, but don't generalize an entire fan base to the point were you black list them like they are Hamas or something. I don't give my friends shit for liking music that I find lousy, that is childish. Watch, a ton of people here are going to give me shit for enjoying ICP, I predict, but I never claimed that I have good taste. Look at my location for gawd sakes.
