Yazio.Does anyone know of an app that has the barcode scanner feature for free?
She writes and argues like a woman. He's certainly not a woman with those stats.
Have people used apps that reward them for walking (eg: Macadam, Sweatcoin)?
You're likely to become even more overwhelmed by keto when you really start researching it. Instead of falling into all that bullshit, I'd recommend watching this.So I’m just under 200 pounds and I’m a 5ft 5 woman. Something has to change. I get out of breath pretty easily and have a lot of pain in my feet and back when I walk too far.
im going to try keto for at least a few months. Never tried it before. I do have a lot of food aversions but thankfully I do like meat and cheese.
just thinking about it is very overwhelming for me. It’s something I’m going to have to force myself out of.
What about sweeteners? I do like soda/pop/red bull so would prefer to drink some diet/zero versions.
should I calorie count as well? Obviously fats contain a lot of calories
Thank you. I went grocery shopping today, lots of meat, cheese, avocados, butters and broccoli. Thankfully broccoli is one of the few vegetables I don’t outright hate. You're likely to become even more overwhelmed by keto when you really start researching it. 40lbs lost in two months says his approach works (though I also incorporate IF). Ignore the faggots who say you need to buy grass-fed, free-range everything. Don't bother with an insulin monitor, or buying supplements, or special keto electrolyte powders, because the keto world is full of scum-sucking leeches that, predictably, figured out how to profit off a simple diet. Oh yeah, and then there's the niggercattle on Reddit who fell for it and regurgitate their macro-tracking autism.
Also: you can get away with diet sodas, just don't slam the fucking things. The insulin spiking comes from artificial sweeteners and if I were a betting man, I'd say sucking down a 42oz would make an impact. There are studies that show this to be true and at the same time there are studies that show it's not. All I can give you is I drink Diet Pepsi, but often I don't even finish the can, it's just there if I need a bit of caffeine. I've yet to lose momentum.
Don't go full keto butter, bacon and cream cheese smoothie type shit. Limit yourself to protein, greens and veg that grow above ground and you may stumble into keto territory but in a sane fashion and if you commit the sin of too much veg and fail to go achieve ketosis, you're still gonna drop the pounds. So I’m just under 200 pounds and I’m a 5ft 5 woman. She looks like a ghoul. She isn't the person to be taking health advice from. She is a fitness guru like all the other ones on youtube. The way to lose weight isn't to follow any of these people or take them seriously. They're trying to cure symptoms instead of provide a cure in a sustainable life style change. Going to the gym for ten hours a week eating only kale or steak is not how you get into a comfortable life style. You have to find a balanced diet you can live on long term and do exercise you need to do in your daily life to maintain it. Women used to stay thin by doing the gardening, washing the dishes and cleaning the house. Stop using a dish washer and going to the gym to artificially recreate calorie burn. because you forfeit all the natural exercises to machines. Use your body in the ways it's intended to be used and you will have much more long term success and better mental health because you're not chasing fads and acting like an incel thinking a gym membership is how you solve a life style problem. Our grandparents didn't need keto diets, gyms or whey powder, so why are you looking for a modern solution to the problem of modern life. Look back to before the rot set in and you will find a solution without a price tag and a youtube guru. The best advice I can give to women is direct you to another woman. Because what works for men does not work for women. You may have heard of Dr. Mindy Pelz, she got debunked fairly thoroughly by Derek of More Plates More Dates. But Stacy Sims on the other hand lesser known stays in her lane and has lots of knowledge to share amongst women. I'm no feminist but it is fact the industry has been taken over by men and even most studies are male dominated. She cites woman only studies and gotta constantly remind people "women are not small men."
The first video is the video that got me interested in her. The 2nd is just a good general knowledge dump, the third is much of the same things covered (but) the questions asked are from a woman's perspective so they are explained in a different way which disseminates the info from the 2nd video. The last one is for everyone because it's about hydration and I would recommend everyone watch it
Thank you! I had bacon, eggs and mushrooms earlier. I don’t feel as hungry as I normally feel around this time of day so that’s a good sign. Im going to go swimming again, used to go a lot as a kid but stopped as an older teenager.Don't go full keto butter, bacon and cream cheese smoothie type shit. Even if hellbent on actual keto, you don't need to worry too much about the retarded "NEED MORE FAT. MUST EAT BUTTER!". You're not tall enough to worry about fulfilling calorie needs via fat. You'll get enough with the meat and veg. Essentailly, just feed yourself like you would if you loved yourself and wanted to live to be a healthy 100 year old. That particular mindset clears up any "but should I stir butter into my coffee and top up my calories with a block of cheese?" nonsense..
Calories matter. Not worth obsessing over though if sticking to meat & above ground veg unless you find you aren't losing.
Diet/sugar free drinks ok if they wean you off sugar, but do what you can to get into straight up water. It's the elixir of life.
Keep moving. When you're having trouble with walking and stairs, it means you need to walk and take the stairs more often.
Good luck with it all. Hope you'll be running up stairs and enjoying long walks soon.
They're not for weight loss, they're for monitoring some vitals and giving you some rough trends in your HR, sleep and how much you move.what are yalls opinion on fitbit and similar watch weight loss devices. is it worth the chinese stealing your biomedical information?
