This is what I never understood about this kind of USAID plopaganda. They have all this money, and can't even hire animators capable of producing shit that wouldn't have been mocked on newgrounds a couple decades ago.

For real. I can excuse hand drawn animation, and maybe using multiple animation styles like Gumball or some episodes of Smiling Friends. But computer animation is less forgivable if you ask me.
Animation takes time meanwhile it feels like all of these shows are animated by the same exact people or at least the same types. There are exceptions but they are the exceptions for that reason as they are not the made in the factory syndicated shows that are pumped out by the network (The two shows the Vizie Pop is making is an example). It is funny you bring up FG and South Park since people shit on these more ugly style/animated adult shows as if these other 'Calarts' shows are any better. Both have their problems where one is like A Grey Cat says stiff and lifeless with an aformentioned intentionally ugly and rough looking art style. Then on the other side you have the same face beanmouth style that tries to be as bouncy as possible with the added bonus of not being able to tell who made who.
This isn't either thread for those shows but I'm just gonna cross post my thoughts on them for the prosperity in the western animation thread.

It's a variant of the age old "one of us speaks the truth the other talks in lies riddle" A decade before this episode aired it also showed up in Jim Hensons labyrinth.
Honestly still don't get the leap in logic from the question as asked to the question as interpreted. If you take the question at face-value, you can actually come to the opposite conclusion; i.e. "She [the liar] would say that she's the real Ms. Keen!" would be a true statement, and "She [the truth-teller] would say that I [the liar] am the real Ms. Keen!" would be a lie, therefore making 1 the real Ms. Keen and 2 the liar.
The way I've always heard this riddle is you encounter two brothers at a fork in the road. One always lies, one always tells the truth, and they know which path leads to your destination. You have to ask each of them a question that will reveal the correct way to go. The answer is to ask each man "If you were your brother, which road would you tell me to take?" The truth-telling brother tells you the wrong road to take, as his liar brother would. The liar cannot tell you that his brother would truthfully tell you the right road to take, so he lies and tells you the wrong road to take. Thus the brothers agree on a single road and you take the one that they don't say their brother would recommend. This is the same sort of solution (forcing the liar to pretend to be the truth-teller to elicit a workable answer) but I feel that centering it on the environment or an object makes the solution simpler than making it about the liar and the truth-teller themselves.
