The judge was so careful of an appeal by Amber she was practically biased against Johnny. She wouldn't even let the attorneys point out the very obvious saturation editing of the photos. If they couldn't point to two unedited images of wine bottles who knows if they would have really gotten through to the jury about how fake those images were.

She can appeal, but she runs the serious risk of getting a worse outcome. The judge was very consistent. And the judging decisions that could be turned would mostly result in more depp favoring evidence to be allowed in. Since there was no amber evidence being held back, it can only mean a worse outcome for her as it looks to me.
Most news media is in the hands of only 4 companies.
And the one of these that is right leaning and not liberal or hyperliberal, is the one that got one of their publications sued by johnny depp.
Most of the distorted coverage is coming from murdoch's assets, not cnn (warner bros), abc (disney) and the others. Just go to their websites and see their main article on it. Most arent that slanted.

There's no physical evidence provided, no photos of anything worse than minor bruising, and no witnesses to almost anything.

As someone who watched most of the trial here are my thoughts:
A. Look at the video leaked by her to tmz, and also the full version that was played in the trial. She specifically edited it to make it look like she was assaulted at the end of the video but the unedited version has her pick up her phone after he threw it and snigger and smile as she walks away with it.
B. With that intentionally filmed incident and the hundreds of pictures she had taken of him sleeping, she was unable to produce a single picture that showed her having any injury beside slightly red arms. There were two images that showed like it might be bruised cheeks: one that was proven to be photoshopped and another that was taken the day she got the restraining order and tipped off tmz so she could be photographed.
C. She described how she would use make up to hide the bruises in their relationship, but ends up describing how you would make bruises with makeup before correcting herself.
D. She gave a knife with "until death" to the man she feared might kill her. That should raise questions.
E. One of the questions she answered was "didn't you fear reprisal from Johnny?" And she answered with "why would I?"

In regards to some of the specific claims in the list:
12. She also claimed he broke her nose and gave her two black eyes in that incident and broke her nose and split her lip. Anyone that has ever seen these type injuries knows you cant hide it with makeup. And she looks 100% fine on james cordon next day. Her own lawyer said "she must be the stupidest persom in the world to make that up about a day before she appears in public" lel.
Also the torn out hair picture shows that it does not look like torn out hair. The amount of force it take to tear off scalp is tremendous and although not impossible, I doubt johnny has the strength or technique. And even if he did, there was no bleeding or swelling or even appearance of missing hair besides the picture of some hairs that looked like they might as easily have been cut off.
10. There is actually evidence of a black eye on this one. A black eye on depp. Amber heard immediately claimed it was photoshopped. Out of court a celebrity photographer produced another photo from the same time and location and also shows depp with a black eye.
13. The poop was almost the same size as the dogs. It wasnt the dogs, amber.
2. 4. In both instances he supposedly threatened another woman in presence of other people. And neither the woman or the people would testify about this, supposedly.
9. Amber heard and her sister didn't even have matching stories. You can listen to both their accounts and just realize right there that its all a stream of bullshit.
And here is a final one: there wasn't a single witness who showed up for amber heard besides her sister. Witnesses that showed up for Depp: amber heard's doctor, amber heard's ex assistant, their shared counsellors, random people coming out of the woodwork, an australian cop, an ex tmz news director, the guy who ownew the place that was supposedly completely wrecked by depp (total damages: at most $50).

This must be a summary of the UK case... and I have no idea how a judge can decide those things but c'est la vie. You can watch the trial. That's the beauty of it. Her testimony is online, on YouTube for you to see and judge for yourself and that's the biggest threat to the MSM.
