He certainly does think he deserves more cause he is Lucas Werner and he is entitled. It sounds like the cow has not received any money yet, since he is mooing about a $20 payout. Well he certainly fits lucas's dream job - to be able to instill fear and arrest anyone who doesn't like and to have a fancy car he drives around the city in picking out women to take home to his own personal soundproof rape dungeon and kill them and their family if they refuse to cooperate

Is he saying that somebody has a bunch of facial piercings and tattoos? Is this another anti-tattoo thing from him? Yes face tattoos are more common than they used to be but they sure as hell aren't so regular that having one makes you a "clone".
