Tony has written a lot online about how he was a drug dealer. I don’t take a position on how true that is: either he really was a drug dealer, or he wrote a lot about being a drug dealer for clout.

When we first found his Reddit posts where Tony writes about being a drug dealer:

From slinging acid & telling people to call HIM for a bad-trip antidote instead of a medical professional, to pushing Lupron and HRT for minors.

If we're being reaaallllly nitpicky about it, Tony's correct in saying that he doesn't have a drug felony in that he wasn't convicted for possessing or dealing an actual controlled substance (assuming the wording "drug felony" implies the same), but he indisputably has a felony record, even if a rather weaksauce one. And non-lawyer me is willing to bet that would be enough to undermine a libel suit if he actually tried to bring one.

Also, I don't think he's disputing the "court-ordered" part. A marital settlement agreement is incorporated into the court's order of divorce. It's a literal court order whether he agreed to it or not. Rather, I think he's quibbling over the article's assertion that he was ordered to "stop" wearing her clothes--because IIRC, he was ordered NOT to wear them, but he wasn't ordered to STOP doing so.
