If the judge isn't mentally handicapped he/she will upgrade that to aggravated assault. Chance attacked another person with a deadly weapon, intending to do severe harm while they were demonstrating their right to peacefully assemble on public property and this is not his first violent offense. The judge is going to see he attempted to do the same thing to his elderly guardian, he recently was in a violent altercation with a fat pillhead and he's been in numerous violent altercations before, he's in deep shit.

I looked at the municipal court's records for Cyrax and he just has the DV charge from 2012 (edit: pled to reduced charge of disorderly conduct), no open cases and no probation? Don't expect they'll hold onto the goblin unless he goes insane in the courtroom. Ohio does 10% bonds and "Own Recognizance" (basically pinky swear you won't abscond) so I doubt Cyrax will be in jail long.

They're not going to believe anecdotal stories because it's too easy to end up going down yourself over hear-say and inmates know that hear-say can, indeed, ruin lives, through encounters with corrupt police officers and karens with a state buy-in. I could elaborate further but I'll put a cap on that point.

Now, what could happen is he could have a particularly hungry inmate be contacted and payed to rough him up but that's easily remedied by being moved. You don't stay in PC for being beat up, you have to request to stay there because you're scared for your life. On top of that, if he stays with his race, he will effectively be folded into a group. Another thing he could do is join a group of retards, I've seen it happen that the outcasts will form their own group and watch eachothers' backs even though nobody else can stand them. They could keep him around as a dancing monkey and make him do degrading things for their amusement in exchange for food and protection.

All that being said, if he's just staying in jail for a while before getting out and going onto some programs via papers he'll be kept in areas where other people are in for extremely short stints as well, and if they're not incredibly stupid, they'll just leave him alone instead of risk adding more charges to their rap sheet when they could and will be getting out soon. The most physically uncomfortable areas in any penitentiary system are the places where people don't stay for long. I had people who've been up the road tell me that 1 year in county feels like 5 years in prison, it's that bad. You never get comfortable. Fights do happen but I've never seen a retard get his shit rocked, only people with too much pride clashing up against other people with too much pride, and I've seen a good handful of those, they all looked the same.
