Meanwhile, on Twitter, you got SJWs and freaking Furries taking potshots at lolicons/shotacons, when both groups have had multiple high profile cases of one their own being actual pedophiles. I really hate this Ship of Theseus thing going on in video games now where you buy something and, because of how the game is distributed, the devs can just change their minds and completely change the game over time with updates into something completely unrecognizable from the original product.

A prominent hentai artist named Zone-Tan made some tentacle porn of one of the fighters and the dev team invited her to make some assets for the game (I think it was a skin of one of the fighters made to look like her). The other selling point is the 1940s aesthetic, which is why one of the fighters has goons with fascist regalia.

Trails from Reverie, a game that the fans have been waiting for for 3 years, just came out and it's localization is so bad that it completely fucked one of the game's core mechanics, causes the game to crash by fishing, and was found to have straight up copy pasted information from Cold Steel 4 that doesn't even match to the correct character (an enemy being given the name "Young Officer - Rifle" even though his model clearly shows him holding a pistol.)

And on top of all these mechanical incompetence, there's political incompetence where I'm fairly certain that NISA has had plenty of their localizers come out and say they change shit they find "distasteful". Plus they keep changing anything celebrating femininity and masculinity. Not really sure what people expected.
