Imagine not having central air conditioning, a front and back yard and your own furnace to heat your home as you want.

I remember living in Eastern Europe and having to open my window during a white-out blizzard because the central heating was so intense in my flat. I don’t have AC in Burgerland because I don’t need it where I am most of the year, but I at least have the option to do so. Eurocucks only dream of having their own property where they can do what they want.

I don’t think that this is a matter of hating America. You are totally right in saying some of the food in the US is top-notch. My stance, at least, is that the average grocery store in America has worse quality than those in most of Europe. It’s more about everyday accessibility rather than who actually has better food outright. I’m probably explaining this poorly but I think it makes sense.

One thing Europeans get regularly and disproportionately mad at America for is that we don't include tax in prices on the shelf. I then had to explain to them that in America, where we have freedom, each state and even municipality is allowed to have their own sales tax. I'm sorry we all don't have a mandated 20% sales tax across the board thus forcing you to do math.

I thought a Greta Thunsberg Eurocuck like you would care about the environment and the unnecessary extra printing and added electricity for processing that that adding tax would cause, especially when prices and taxes themselves change often.

I get where papa null is coming from. There isnt a good sustainable system of fresh meat bread, and milk/cheese products in the US and ad he said, alot of the selling of it is technically illegal.

Unless you live (or travel) to little towns with small bakeries and smokeshops, your not going to get the type of food he is talking about.

Im lucky enough to live in a town that actually has a wild game butcher shop. Im not sure the legality of it, but you can buy venison, rabbit, gamebirds all the time. Theres also a smokehouse that also sells great venison jerky and sausage.

Further out to my familys cabin is a smaller town with a fantastic bakery with a huge selection of bread. They make the best sourdough and rye bread i have ever tasted.

Still haven't found a good cheese place though.

What cities? Because I mean a big city in Middle America is pretty far out from where some of this stuff is coming into the US.

Like in Houston I'd expect many liquor stores to have a nice variety of South American wines, but if I went to Minnesota I'm skeptical they'd have that much selection. Also Whole Foods started making a point a few years back to make a more affordable version of its products, they may have put out cheapo versions of the entire stores too.

Again Americas diet is all determined by location, location, location. If I want the best God Damned steak in the rocky mountains I'm going to the buckhorn exchange in Denver. If I want the best sea food with spice I'm going to Louisiana. If I want the best Mexican food California, Texas, Arizona, and new Mexico have it the best.
If I want a great pizza I'm going to New York and the north east.
If I want a great cheese steak go to Philly or any major city. And burgers a good burger can be found almost anywhere in North America never fail.
You could be in a slum in Juarez or in the middle of times square the humble Cheeseburger can be found all across America and it's quality varies from region to region. Mexico will add vegetables, fruit, and peppers like jalapenos, cactus, and avocados to the north east having Italian inspired burger flavors.

Euro goyslop has great meat and fish and sweets but they absolutely suck at making edible food in some countries.

Look I actually give the europoors and Japs some credit they have way better fish there. Sure if you live on the coasts you can find affordable saltwater fish. I hadn’t thought about it this way but this is a good (and funny) take on how things are. I think a lot of Euros don’t appreciate the fact that laws and cultures differ greatly from one state to another— not unlike Europe itself. The most striking example I can think of is if someone has a bag of weed in their car in one state they can’t be arrested for it, but if they drive a mile over the other state’s border they could go to jail for a long time.

People in the northeast are quite different from those in the Midwest, who are again very different from those on the west coast or south. Having differences in laws makes a lot of sense when you consider the fact that the US is not a monolith in culture or values.

Louisville Kentucky has some of the best variety of seafood in the country. UPS has a huge distribution hub in Louisville (5.2 million sq ft, 2 million packages per day), the majority of seafood being shipped from one coast to the other goes through Louisville first.
