Just finished the commander mode after not having played since the update that released Neon Tomb. I know this point has been brought up a lot already, but it's my biggest sticking point for enjoying the game. The AI is retardedly aggressive to the point where going full lethal is really the only effective option. You're pretty much always pitted against a squad of battle-hardened fanatical SF operators with a death wish and expected to get them to surrender.
They should've made a spiritual successor to R6 instead.
Also, a couple maps were fucking mazes to me. At least they got rid of the objectives for locating tiny pieces of evidence ala the meth packages but hunting for the last civilian hiding in a closet on the 2nd floor of the east wing at the hospital fucking kills me.
I can say, I'm glad the AI officers automatically arrest suspects and bag evidence. Probably the best addition to the game since the start of early access.
