A lot of the commenters on Twitter say it looks more like a Bell's Palsy attack than a stroke, but who knows...

I'm also leaning more towards a BP attack if it was actually health related. A stroke would affect more than just his face, but a BP attack affects a single facial nerve. Jaw pain would explain his weird eating, and the ear pain would explain his "constant" earaches, quite possibly explain why he's always touching and rubbing his face for weird reasons too.

I wouldn't put too much thought into it. I mean, it's possible, but Phil's always had weird tics and body language. Just look at any picture of him eating food (but don't actually, that level of torture should be reserved for prisoners in Guantanamo) I'd chalk it up to Phil drinking more. I'm inclined to say it's because he's stressed, either about 1MM or maybe the Jaha stuff, but honestly, it's hard to say with Phil. He's so deep in denial and lacks self awareness that it honestly might be a coincidence and he's drinking more just because. It's happened before in smaller spurts for seemingly no reason beyond Phil being an alcoholic.

You know it wouldn't be enough if someone proved they don't make money off of it. He'd accuse them of moving the goal posts as he moves the goal posts.

Anyways, I know a former Bethesda employee who worked on the Quest coming out tomorrow. They said that unless things have changed, you might need to make a brand new game for the quest to be in your game. That's unless they fixed some stuff. Also, all mods are probably gonna break.
