Man, I really hope it was because of a really dirty house and not her dosing herself or, God Forbid, him dosing her for extremely unpleasant reasons.
The problem is the claims of environmental exposure fall flat when you realize it was only 1 kid out of 5. And not the youngest who needed the most direct care and contact.

And it gets worse when you factor in that this would appear to be the problem child, ie the one Nick finds most like himself. (The one that will murder him in his sleep). the only kid he talks about on streams. It could be nothing. But it's a weird coincidence.

Would a sane normal person let an 8 year old do cocaine? No. Would a drunken drugged up Baldoman offer her a snort at 3am when she's the only other one conscious? Who the fuck knows at this point.

As weird as it sounds, the cops might want to test the dog. Because I could see Nick thinking it hilarious to give the dog some coke.

Who amongst us can really say they're better than Nick?
There are a LAWT of folks out there who like to say “I may be a pizzashit, but at least I’m not Lorne Armstrong”. Now I get to say, “I may be Lorne Armstrong, but at least I’m not Nick Rekieta.”

I would need some coke if i had siblings to watch over while my parents were fucking strangers.

My post was addressing your statement (and others' similar claims) that "this is not a single exposure event but a result of significant 'over time' exposure."
Do you understand what a caveat is and the purpose it serves in a statement?
then followed by stating that a single event could be the cause.......
it is possible that kid suffered a near overdose event which could lead to the reported results, but follicle testing for coke is only good for about a max of 90 days and I'm not sure how far back that 'emergency' was.

You misrepresent or fail to understand what was written, either way this is pointless.

Just when you think Rekieta couldn't possibly be more of a piece of shit, he goes far and beyond to prove he is much worse. I hope they throw the book at him and his wife.

It’s really sad when you realize the kid would have felt special for the acting out behavior that Nick thought was a chip off the old block. Some of her worst personality traits or behaviors would have been encouraged as “just like dad.”

Kid would have modeled his behavior. She would have certainly been very curious about the white powder daddy loved so much and let his life revolve around. I’m sure Nick totally thought the kids didn’t notice Mom, Nanny and Dad’s raging daily coke use.

I’m especially curious about any “talks” Nick would have had with his kids about drugs. Nick should have been worried about the kids blabbing to other adults about the shit going on in the house. He was happy to explain how the pastor was wrong after church sermons, so I’m sure he had to explain about how most people were totally uninformed about the benefits of drug use.

As for the custody case, the test is absolutely significant, because it already is being used in proceedings against the Rekietas. It was literally used as evidence in the hearing which determined that the children remain separated from their parents. Now it wasn't the only evidence presented, but it obviously was a key point presented by the KCHHS.
They presented it and the path for getting kids back is drug testing by parents. It's not relevant in the sense that Nick could prove the test is invalid and none of the conditions for getting his kids back changes. And none of his criminal charges rely on it. The test could disappear and nothing changes. It would be like proving one of the kids had clean clothes at church. Great news but the charges, probable cause, and kids removal from home isn't going to change.

As I said it's only current charges. They could obviously add charges and it would be relevant but as it stands now, the validity of the test is moot.
A mix up of the sames is impossible because:
  • Samples for drug tests are taken one-on-one with a professional who immediately seals the sample in a tamper proof bag.
  • When collecting hair for drug testing you literally cut a tuft of hair off the patients head.
Source: I used to drug test doctors and football players who partied too hard.

Which is why I didn't speculate it was a sample mixup. That made no sense. Loose strands of moms hair ending up on kids head is more likely but still farfetched as sample dilution would make that reading unlikely.

If there's one silver lining, I can't see any scenario they walk away with just a slap on the wrist.
Especially with that new judge, people are saying he goes really hard on kid stuff.

Previously I would ignore the maximum of 25 years, figured there was no way he'd actually get that but MAN I think it's a possibility now.

Sure but that was almost a month ago. If they wanted to credibly counter the allegation claiming a mishandled sample, they would have to asked for it right then, no? The coke could be long gone from her system now, we dont know when she had contact with it.
Per LabCorp:

“Hair follicle drugs of abuse testing offers up to a 90-day window for detection of drug use and a convenient collection process that can be performed almost anywhere.”

I'm no legal scholar, but I think it's an excellent strategy to base your legal maneuvering based on randos on the Internet laughing or not.
Nick appears to be taking my advice, and normally that would make me smile.

I'm still catching up, but holy crap. Way to keep finding ways to up the ante on your retardedness, Balldoman. Coke metabolites found in a nine year old's hair?

These "parents" should have been aborted before they could have kids together. Absolutely fucking disgusting.

Go to the row third from bottom in the table from the below MPR article and see what metabolite is listed as having been detected in 28% of a sample of Minnesota lakes....
>nick is such a massive druglord, he has single-handedly caused the contamination of over a quarter of the entire states freshwater reserves with toxic chemicals made of coke and whiskey
he can't keep getting away with it
someone stop this madman

Et Tu Ethan Ralph?

Dax! Dax! Get the Ragepig back on side. The narrative is that the test was faked by the government.

That is non-ironically Nick's interpretation of the end of American Beauty. The father has been shot dead. The daughter is running away from home with a drug dealer who set her father up to be murdered. They are going to live in the city with his drug connections. The father thinks of what a wonderful job he has done as a dad.
