He has managed to get thrown out of literally every place he's spent any significant amount of time at in his entire life.

Because he's vandalizing things, or ruining personal relationships with people over a period of time (like months). Chris is extremely bland and inoffensive until you're making personal relationships with him. You can't meet the criteria for Chris to get banned in a bar.

Basically, Chris is very easy going and passive in bar conditions. He's almost cordial in those conditions.
