Yes. In my city, and in other cities, it is absolutely a thing to allow SNAP, WIC, and EBT at farmers markets. Because something, something, something, muh food deserts--even though every gas station in my city (and the neighboring ones) sells fresh fruit and sometimes veggies in spring and summer--no one buys them though. And I know of several bodegas in the south side of Chicongo and all over Cicero sells (drumroll) fresh fruit and veggies as well as basic WIC allowable items (WIC is more stringent on what you are allowed to purchase as opposed to Illinois LINK).
And for da kidzzzzz, my city's public school district provides (I shit you not) free breakfast, lunch, dinner, annnndddd snacks as well as free full backpacks of school supplies and free breakfast and lunches all through summer vacation and during coof lockdowns.
So while I realize I'm MOTI, I am not exaggerating. And because of social media hugboxes where other lazy asses can find and validate each other, you, taxpayer, need to zip your lip and save up for them taxes.
Best believe the tranch is exactly the same flavor of lazy and shiftless.
