I'll ignore the vast majority of people BTFO'ing Blob because as funny as that is there's not really that much I can say about it. Instead, let's just start here.
It started with this:
Screen Shot 2021-05-02 at 8.39.41 PM.png
> [conservatives] are traitors
> the US is too polarised

Pick one and only one.
BTW take note Lefties: this is how you meme:
gngngf11.png
> 93% of protests were peaceful

And to take a leaf out of the left's book and compare random shit to the Holocaust, 93% of Germans didn't run the death camps. Doesn't mean the Holocaust didn't happen.
Capitol. Bobby is throwing insane allegations left and right:
78.png
> Israeli... stormtroopers
I have four words for you, Bobby, that you should remember before you imply that mentioning what the Zionists do and have done makes you right-wing.

Rashida Tlaib. Ilhan Omar.
It's ironic that Bob jumps to ”conservatives want to call people niggers” when the majority of people I see calling black people niggers, coons, or whatever are leftists.

Bob's love of coastal blue America is glory-supporting in my opinion. They're winning and they're owning people he can foist culpability for his childhood bullying onto.
This is also why he's not a Berniebro socialist because he recognizes how not ascendant that is in the Democrat party. It also grants sympathy to the people he wrote off.
Everything is through the lens of his vicarious sense of power in this way. Which I always thought was how bullies supposed saw the world. That can't be, can it? Rhetorical question obviously

It's been a while since the last time we checked in on Bobby's Patreon, and it's also the beginning of the month, which means yet another round of pledges running out. How's he doing?
1620024422161.png
He's not destitute, but he's not doing great by any metric. Year-to-date, he's down $400/month, and 100 fewer tards are willingly parting with their money to keep the fat bastard fed with his unending diet of average-sized Mickey D's meals. From his peak back in November before the Lindsey incident cut his momentum, he's down about $700/month with 200 fewer patrons.

I've mentioned this before, but an interesting comparison can be made with the last time his Patreon was at these levels, roughly two years ago:
1620024352656.png
The last time he was making over $4k/month, he had considerably more patrons, almost 1800. Due to the larger number of tards, the decline was considerably slower, taking him ten months to dip below $4k/month. Over the following two years, he lost 600 patrons but still managed to keep just above $3k/month before his re-firing from the Escapist and (still inexplicable) Patreon bump.

But notice how much lower that yellow line is this time around. He barely got above 1400 before dipping again, and it's taken only about six months to fall below the $4k line, four months faster than last time. His safety net isn't nearly as big this time around, which means that every lost patron is a bigger blow to his finances. In fact, he's already lost over half of the patrons he gained in that bump.

And just for shits and gigs, I know he's not everyone's cup of tea, but since he produces similar content (talking about movies predominantly over stock footage), here's the Critical Drinker's YTD stats:
1620025144208.png
That's the sort of thing that Bob would want to see: increased gains month over month. At the very least, Bob would be doing fine if he was holding steady, but that isn't the case either. Let's also not forget that Drinker only really started doing his schtick in earnest a couple years ago, and in that time has already grown his channel to be five times bigger than Bobby's, who's been at this for over a decade now and keeps losing subs month over month. I guess when you're willing to take plenty of potshots at yourself and keep a good sense of humor throughout your content, people are more likely to respond positively to your channel.

Algorithmic fuckery aside, one thing remains clear: for all his blathering on about the future he earned, Bob continues to prove his obsolescence.

I thought about posting about how CinemaRobert and his Mario fetish is like 90's Nick and his obsession with Pokemon:

But I'd have been wrong. 90's Nick used Pokemon as a way to socialize with friends. Just like Bob, he was happy about finally being the cool kid doing the cool kid thing, but he was also happy about being with others. Eventually, he was regretful of falling away from the hobby and not using it to spend more time with friends. You can tell that Bob was only ever thinking about how loving Mario would make HIM look cool. He didn't give a damn about playing video games with other kids, otherwise he probably would have struck up friendships with kids who had the SEGA console and played Sonic over at their houses. No, Bob had to be petty and loyal to only one game system, because he'd developed a parasocial relationship with its main character.

I wonder what Bob would've though of Mario and Nintendo if he had seen the Japanese animated cartoon movie of Super Mario Bros, which was released in the 80s?

This version of the film reveals that Princess Peach was actually married to some Prince who had been turned into a dog, then turned back at the end of the movie. Mario was busting his ass for a woman who was way out of his league and would never be his. This was Nintendo's original vision for the character, who was intended to be something of a gag character - a sad sack who goes through a lot of effort for nothing. Of course, Bob of today would probably dismiss the movie as Early installment Weirdness, but it is essentially the cartoon version of the movie he wanted to see in the theatre back in the day - bright, colorful, with faithfully recreated versions of the heroes and enemies (except for Luigi's color palette swap.) Can you imagine the kind of fit child Bob would have thrown if he had seen this Japanese movie instead of the live action Super Mario Bros? If he had seen his Princess Waifu not only in another castle, but with another man? I'd have paid money to be in the theatre with Bob when that happened.

Getting minor celebs to do things for you is not a "game". Grow the fuck up and spend money.

Pro-tip: Onlyfans is your friend.
Who is he expecting to land? The only real interest anyone has in his stable of shit podcasts is from this site and that's built entirely on cow watching. Also, he wouldn't be able to handle a guest with a conflicting view point or a hostile set of answers.
The interesting thing about his obsession with the MCU is that the actual product is almost secondary to his fixation with the MCU's position in popular culture.

He's absolutely delighted that the MCU is popular, and it somehow makes him feel like there may be a little "good" in this world after all.
As our good acquaintance/mad man @Adamska has documented, Bobert has this bizarre desire for everything he likes to be accepted as the most popular thing in the world. Everyone has to like Mario, everyone has to like the MCU, etc.

It's to the point where what he likes must be the only things allowed to exist. He's made it known that he fantasized about Sonic characters getting violently murdered and he hates the fact that Sonic had a successful movie. He opined that it would be great if capeshit took over the entire movie industry and pushed everything else out.

It really does go deep into everything about his worldview: if it isn't like Bob or he doesn't like it, its mere existence is an affront to him and must be eliminated.
This explains so much about Bob. Getting a whole game console for not getting below a "C". Rewarding him for the literal bare minimum. Hell, my mom used to bitch me out for getting "B"s
That was my high school experience in a nutshell. I had to get those high grades to get accepted into a good university.

We can easily infer from this nugget and the university that he actually wound up in that his grades were far from impressive. His record hardly befits the "nerd" label he readily applies to himself.

Get your own guests you lazy fuck. I swear I know Bob is a worse person but Chris is a special kind of frustrating. He spends all his time shilling his podcast and asking for money and now he wants his fans to do the work of getting guests. I feel bad for the people Chris worked with at his engineer job.

The Drinker is also a successful writer of fiction, plus whatever his day job happens to be.

It's all part of Bob's obsessive need to make all the distractions he wasted his youth with have some kind of meaning. Mario games and Marvel comics HAVE to mean something important. The idea of them being disposable fast-food entertainment is unacceptable.

That stuff was and is the only solace he's ever had in his miserable life.

I still fondly remember Darkwing Duck, because it was part of the Disney Afternoon block of TV programing that was always on when I got home from school because my younger brother got home first. I remember the characters and some of the better episodes/jokes because they're a way for me to remember a happier time in life: childhood/adolescence, before you had to be an adult, and worry about bills and finances and politically-motivated riot mobs and terrorists and your own encroaching mortality and all those pills the doctor said you now needed.

But as you point out, Bob's ego can't be satisfied with that.

Darkwing has to be a cultural touchstone with deeper meanings you only understand as you get older, unless you're really really hyper-smaaht like he is. He can't like something just because it was a fun 5 minutes years ago... if it's not important NOW then he, in his own mind, wasted his time for nothing.

Bobby definitely isn't a podcast moron; that's his brother Chris.
When accused of appealing to authority, Bob immediately appeals to authority. Appeal to authority, for those who don't know, is a logical fallacy that goes like this: "Authority A makes claim X. Therefore, X is true." Bill Gates may indeed be quoting doctors, or he may be pulling quotes out of his ass. The only way to know would be to dig deeper into these claims. Additionally, many people aren't even anti-Covid vaccine: they're leery of the side effects and want to wait to see what happens. But nooooo, like a spoiled child, Bob has to have his capeshit now.

Apropos of nothing, Zuby is a British rapper and a fitness guru. He's smarter, more articulate, and much more fit and far better looking than Robert ever will be. I'm also fairly certain Zuby has known the mysteries of the fairer sex, which puts him in a league far and above anything Bob will ever be in.

This one really reads to me like someone Chip looks up to in person explained they don't listen to the podcast because "I already talk to you and sometimes bob in person. Maybe if you had an actual celebrity or something I'd listen"

Here's another Protip: a hallmark of a bad interviewer is an inability to read the room. Chris has no idea how pungently mercenary and manipulative his request comes across. He wasn't looking for interesting stories; he wasn't looking for people who share his interests. He was looking for sorta-famous people to give his sorry podcasts a boost. (Indeed, if people told him that they aren't listening unless he got famous guests, it is a sign that he has no charisma on his own and that his podcast is a failure). His packaging his request as a "game" is the icing on this shit cake; it reminds me of those high-pressure sales grifters who invite their victims to "play" a "game" to see who can elevate their credit-card limits the most.

If I were trollish I'd hitch him up with Rhys McKinnon.

I'm old enough to remember 1989 with some clarity, and The Wizard made no impression whatsoever. It was a cultural fart. Some Nintendo fans and parents who thought Fred Savage was a nice boy for their kids to watch onscreen probably enjoyed it, but my recollection is that nearly everyone saw it as the cheesy, lame, cynical cash grab that it was. I don't know if $15 million is a success in 1989 money -- Wikipedia calls it a "moderate success" -- but certainly its opening weekend was nothing special. Box Office Mojo tells us it came in 5th overall, just behind The Little Mermaid, then in its seventh week. (Speaking of actual cultural watersheds, there's the beginning of the Disney Renaissance, when they still produced something other than indoctrinating pig slops.)

Only an autist would think this forgotten piece of corporate effluvium was actually significant, just because it was so important to him.

EDIT: I misread the chart; Little Mermaid was in its 3rd or 4th week.
I was 10 in 1989 that was the year of Ghostbuster 2, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Back to the Future 2, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Licence's To Kill & Fucking Batman all I saw in theater. Also if a Sci-Fi nerd like me the disappointing Star Trek V the Final Frontier. But not the Wizard I saw that shit on Cable it was an okay movie but that's it. I also remember even as a kid thinking the Power Glove scene was cheesy as fuck and I almost tuned out right then and there. Hell Little Monsters that year was a better Fred Savage movie .

Blobby was always fucking weird.

As if the Democrats could define "systemic"; as if the Democrats could define one single buzzword they use.
And Bobby, please mind your apostrophes before you rag on other people's misspellings.
This is about as basic a take as you can have, but it remains fundamentally true: A systemically racist institution would never allow a black man to take a seat at the top of the totem pole, or anywhere within its structure that afforded him power.

You believe Russians can hack the US election, but a nationwide white supremacist cabal could do nothing to stop Obama securing two terms on their own soil? Fuck outta here, Bob.

Modern-day Danzig is a goofy motherfucker, but he's also absolutely right. Even the marketable pop-punk like early Blink 182 wouldn't fly by today's standards, and the fact I can't even fucking enjoy old DMX tracks without them butchering the 'problematic' parts is proof things are objectively worse.

It's the same with stand-up comedy: imagine Eddie Murphy doing pretty much anything from Raw or Delirious in 2021, he'd be fucking crucified, but it's still some of the funniest shit I've ever heard.
Look at Ellen Page in 2021, think "I wish I were overwhelmed with joy like 'him'"

I'm not a burguerstani but hasn't the USD dropped in value signifficantly since the Fed started printing money to combat the WuFlu? These are 12 * 4000 (being generous here) 48,000 USD gross income in Taxachussets. The cost of living has gone up and the dollar has lost a third of its value since the last 18 months.
And to be real, precovid wasn't 48K per annum a do-nothing office job for Lakeesha down at the USPS anyways? 48,000 for jerking off and tweeting sounds like a sweet gig but if bob was basement dwelling somewhere that was not family he would be eating off trash cans (not like there's any difference anyways)

TL;DR - Can somebody from Boston or a State with similar living conditions confirm if 48,000 a year is a livable/good/very good salary?
Also, lets play the MovieBob challenge, if you were getting that dosh to be a retard online where would you move where you could have both: a consooomers paradise and live above ground?

Since Blobby is a basement dwelling troll with no family he's doing fine.

But your average person 48,000 isn't bad, but also not good it's kind of that sweet spot that fucks you over.

Basically you make enough to screw yourself out of any government assistance programs, but not enough to live comfortably without worries. You're living pay check to pay check praying to God nothing goes wrong and that's if you live within your means if you live above your means on credit you're officially fucked you just haven't gotten the memo yet.

Not to mention all the flirting with Nazi imagery in formative punk just because it pissed people off. Slayer even had to "address" some of their songs years after the fact with Hanneman saying something awfully close to "I wrote a song about the awful things Mengele did in the concentration camps. I didn't think I had to come out and explicitly state that the Nazis were the bad guys within the lyrics" shortly before he died

The great tragedy of the internet: the people who have no ability to take things at other than literal face value have gotten their retarded voice listened to by corporations terrified that they'll figure out someone else to shovel their money at

Any decent society would have put Ellen Page in an institution years ago for her own safety. She's obviously mentally ill, and has been for a long while. But no, obviously she's just a man deep down, so it's better to let her mutilate herself and gush about how great she feels now. When the bill comes due for what we've allowed to happen to people with these problems, it'll probably be too high for us to survive.
