It's an intentionally 2 edgy 4 u table top game, and there's a whole bunch of evil gods that are gross, we are trying to figure what one Phil is most like.

Every squig has a certain purpose. Phil is too fat and heavy for orks to use for squig ball. The faction who would still take him is the Imperium of Man, where he can live in the under habs and shout how oppressive the Imperium is to tranlatinx under hab dwellers.

Edit: Besides, what is there for Tweaker to tell us assuming Phil is even there? That Phil's sitting on his ass doing fuck all? I can tell you that from half way across the country and save Tweaker the walk.
I'm curious for info on Phil as much as anyone, but there's nothing there to see. On top of all that, Phil might actually freak out in a dangerous manner if he sees Tweaker. I don't want Tweaker to risk getting hurt.
