Only three programs in the United States have this special legal status of "entitlement spending": Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Previously someone had made a porn parody game making fun of Grummz and his pet scam project, releasing it on Steam and had indicated that Grummz may have been stupid enough to not bother getting a trademark filed for the name of the game after the 8 years or so he had been claiming to work on it and grifting from his audience. Grummz himself has now publicly spoken about the matter and confirmed that he was too much of a retard to trademark the name of his game even if it were possible he may consider renaming it later. As such Steam refuses to do anything about it even though he had a Steam community group for his game, but no actual steam page for it.

- some speculations about whether they were homeless or not
- jeep guy is fine
- security guard is ok too and not in custody (they took him to the hospital and released him afterwards)

Russell Greer refused to pay the money and with two days remaining, asked the judge to temporarily (and by that he means until the case ends) pause the order while he appeals (when the case ends) it to the 10th circuit. 10th Circuit famously ruled against Kiwi Farms by the orders of a muscovite from the Soviet Union (I am not joking).

BadEmpanada has previously boasted about calling CPS on Ethan Kleins children over allegations of neglect in order to get Ethan's children taken away from him, something which particularly bothered Ethan Klein as, he claims, his very young children were forced to be put through interrogations by police as a result.

In an update to the situation around the January 29, 2025 Potomac River mid-air collision the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) released its preliminary report on the tragedy. The key takeaways are as follows: helicopter routes near the airport pose a safety risk, warning signs were missed, military pilots may not of heard the control tower and that one controller was working two positions at the time of the accident.
