Allegedly, Schaub would then sign a written agreement to sell back his stake in the company... only to then sell his stake a second time to an unrelated third party. If you're confused as to how he can do that, he legally can't.

The only problem? The owner has submitted a signed sworn affidavit claiming he was locked out of his office, as well as the email account which contains the only copy of the signed agreement.
