It's pretty insane if you think about it. The guy went from as canceled as it gets this time last year to having a show at SoFi stadium.

Ethan Ralph has apparently been arrested. No reason has been provided and bail has yet to be set.

ETA: Mersh called the Milwaukee County sheriff's office while covering this habbening on stream. According to the person he talked to, Ralph was arrested for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.

Apparently Milwaukee County livestreams their intake court, so Ralph may make an appearance once the courts begin opening at 830am CST

it seems that someone has issued a DMCA strike on the unofficial homestuck discord server. who could've possibly done such a horrible thing? maybe the same person who issued a mysterious strike on the largest MSPA collection to date? perhaps the same person who dishes out legal threats like candy within the MSPA sphere? who knows!

Long spreging ahead:
A Hearts of Iron 4/Paradox YouTuber by the name of FeedbackGaming has threatened legal action against another HoI4 YouTuber called Hansen who accused him of botting his views. FBG contacted Hansen on Discord, trying to explain away the discrepancy in his view-to-engagement rates by claiming he used YouTube's "Promote" feature (Ads), but when Hansen asked for proof FBG deflected.

FBG then contacted another HOITuber, John Parker 117, who had commented positively on the video and tried to lean on him and get him to remove his comment. Parker refused and FBG in a move of unparalleled autism sent him this image (Which is supposed to be Hansen's avatar) supposedly for his public response video, before blocking Parker.

FBG after another back and forth with Hansen where it's clear FBG consulted ChatGPT for legal advice (:story:), he then sent him a letter of claim, which as I understand it is required to be sent before pursuing legal action, escalating this into a fullblown lolsuit.

FBG also appears to have threatened other YouTubers with lolsuits if Likgas/Error Log - who was featured in the thread not too long ago - is to be believed.

On a final note, if you thought the story couldn't get any dumber, FBG blocked one of the videos (Which were already privated) before the 7 day time limit he laid out in his letter of claim, rendering all of his legal proceedings null and void :story:

There is some HOI4 Youtuber drama, FeedBackGaming was accused of allegedly using view bots and responded to the matter poorly. An AI legal assistant was involved in his aforementioned response.

ETA: he's probably not going to appear on video since he's in Municipal Court and this is a Circuit Court intake, but stay tuned in. Same pig time, same pig channel.

He does not yet have a case number and is not assigned a court date yet. He likely will get those today due to the timing of his arrest and we'll see him before a judge tomorrow. Milwaukee Municipal does not seem to live stream that I can find.

I doubt his case will go to Circuit Court as they appear to be minor misdemeanors in nature. In Wisconsin, Traffic and minor misdemeanors are handled by the municipality such as drunk in public, disorderly conduct etc. Where serious misdemeanors like simple assault and felonies will go to the Circuit. We will know once official charges are published.

Since he was in a sexual relationship with the porn star, if any of the charges involve interaction with her, it could bump to a domestic tye charge.

Btw I am sanctioning a gay op, and I'm saying this in public because I don't want a bunch of people doing this behind the scenes and annoying local resources.

If Ralph's stay goes on much longer his cat will probably run out of standing water and food. He mentioned that last time he traveled Cleo developed kidney problems due to a lack of water. I don't know what animal protections are like in Mexico but if anyone does and has an idea I am greenlighting rescuing the heckin catarino.

Tarl Warwick (StyxHexenhammer666) has been issued a bench warrant for his arrest in New Orleans, Louisiana


Tarl has been ordered to appear in person at the Orleans Parish Court ASAP if he wishes to have the warrant revoked.
This will be the second active warrant for his arrest. VT and LA.
