Probably a good choice. Vexatious litigants usually just disregard a magistrate judge's adverse ruling, no matter what the reason for it, and attempt to relitigate it before the Article III judge. It's a waste of time to bother, and in these circumstances you may as well just insist on the full judge.

Shortly after this post (Archive of the post, archive of the thread) has been uncovered, Stabbins' main account and one of the Stabbins' alt accounts got suspended.
Almost immideatly he created a new account under the same name, but it took him several days to actually start posting again, and it's immideatly clear it's the same guy.

I also found this e-mail from Stabbins for EnclaveEmily, defendant in the "Stebbins v Rebolo" case, sent about a year ago. Not sure if it was posted here before.

Why can't this moron look up what certain fallacies mean? I can give this literal retard some book recommendations for them but I'm afraid he wouldn't be able to read them let alone understand them.

Too bad his newest alt got banned, so he can't ask there anymore. It's not self-deletion act, that one is almost instant and leaves the user-created content with author listed as [deleted] and not like it is here and here (archived and archived).

I... I no longer wish to read pleadings of an idiot. He has broken my brain with his stupidity. I had one joy in life - reading retarded motions and lol suits in legal cases and this fucking dude has sucked all that joy from my life with his utter STUPIDITY. Wtf man. My eyes are bleeding.

The idiot thinks that the criminal requirement that prior bad acts not be used against a defendant can be applied to a CIVIL case where the history of the plaintiff is clearly Germaine to the proceedings. I'm done. Bury me in the backyard my dude. I'm tits up. (:_(

Google has finally filed the motion for Vexatious declaration.
CL being funky again, not letting me save the file or even open the .pdf section, only text section loads fine.
Notifying you so maybe it works when you do it.
Appears to be quite an entertaining read. They reference a bunch of his previous lawsuits.

No responses in other litigations though.

Why does it take this many frivilous lawsuits to even begin talking about declaring someone a vexacious litigant in the US? I'm geniunely curious why the right to sue is so sacred that even crazy people get to file hundreds of bullshit lawsuits, wasting time and money with like zero reprecussions?

I know that there are all sorts of reasons that it's difficult to have someone declared vexatious, but maybe it should be slightly easier.
