In the emails Acerthorn reveals a never before seen hour long interview he did with someone on May 1, 2022. I have not watched it.

This back and forth reminds me of that one bit from an old episode of House MD where he does clinic duty on a guy and House surmises that he's an ambulance chaser who's sued every hospital over mistreatment. And then he still treats the guy but has a clever retort/fact when the guy serves him the papers to show he's gonna fuck him over.

Spectre thinks he's House, when in reality he's a retard. This jousting/attempted baiting over DMCAs is at least amusing.

Well Stabby wants the DMCA counter notice so he can gets at Spectre's personal info.

At least he's learned that getting Google to cough up personal info isn't really a good idea for him so he's trying to bait Spectre into doxing himself.

It be rather funny if Stabby has to drag Google into yet another frivolous lolsuit in a sad attempt to win another 1 millon dollars. If our stars align perhaps our hero from the live-stream lolsuit will make another Stabby smack down appearance.

Stebbins and an Australian dude with a speech impediment chat about games and court cases for a while. Gibbo tries to push Stebbins on several issues - fair use analysis and the copyright of the Accidental Livestream but Stebbins bites back and has an immediate response for all of those. Namely that he always does a fair use analysis (and no one seems to pass) and that there was a minimal creative spark in the accidental stream so he wasn’t lying or misrepresenting anything to the copyright office.

Things stay pretty cordial, or as much as they can when talking to Stebbins for any length of time.

One funny thing is that Stebbins frequently halts and says “I’m not going to talk about that, I’ll do my talking in court” when it’s about an active case. He’s better about not dumping actionable statements online than a certain Minnesota Lawpope.

god zellander is an idiot ... but if he would follow your plan you would be even dumber.. this there is honestly dumb AF ... you cant go into a settlement and then shit in it by not doing it.. asscorn would get an easier time in court enforcing the settlement and maybe even other thinks for the delay and zells cooperation

I hope Acerthorn petitions the court to force ZZ to become a literal indentured servant and he has to live in the butter hovel and feed Acerthorn hot dogs. David, if you're reading this, the thirteenth amendment bans slavery "except as punishment," don't forget to use that in your argument.

Did the harassing messages ever materialize?

Who are we kidding? Any less than positive comment on his videos has probably been filed away as intolerable harassment.

Maybe he gets these things in email and they’ll show up in an exhibit in his next lawsuit.

This honestly made me laugh. In context of the judge just doing another eye-rolling "I can't believe I have to explain this in a real legal filing" order, the image of Stebbins dramatically referencing "exhibit A" and gesturing to nothing is just too good.
