Some metaphysical blight reportfagged all the pastebins so I can't get the PDF anywhere, but the Alternative Flag Pack for Vicky2 has all the best flags, here is fragment I found, if anyone has the complete catalogue saved please hook me up.

So hi-res, so historically immersive, and in the case of my personal favourite (Fascist Babylon) so much better the IRL.

The flag of Khalistan (a proposed Sikh homeland to be founded in Punjab) and the movement behind it:

Looks pretty cool, rather modern, like something from a vidya game. There are two variants that would look better with a white emblem:

If you lot try to look past "muh white ethnostate" that flag is objectively appalling. Even the shade of orange is shite and a disgrace to the flag they'd rather be flying, which at least had nice colours.

Should have gone more on the nose and do something like the old NP flag instead:

It's definitely not a good flag at all, like you said the colour is bad and good luck scaling it down or having a child draw it.
Found out about Oriana and wondered if they had a flag.

Surely they could have just taken the Israeli flag and changed it slightly? That just looks like another alphabet soup flag
 
Honestly I like the Old Flag of the State of Georgia, even though it's basically a Confederate Battle Flag with blue and a coat of arms on the top left.

The Current one is fine too, and it is interesting that they came up with it after releasing this atrocity to replace the 1950s version.

Yeah ironically enough they still put the flag it replaced on it, but this was the early 2000s so there was actual compromise back then.

I talked about this recently and kicked around using a 7-striped progressless flag as the Pride Before Fall logo. Removing the chevron creates what's called a swallow-tailed flag (notably, Ohio and Allied Occupied Germany had swallow-tailed flags).

Removing something from a flag is an extremely fascinating form of expression. It was seen in both Hungary and Romania during Soviet occupation. Anti-soviet movements would raise their flag with the Communist state seal removed, creating a hole in the center.
